since I could only ride the bus twice as well as have this class my endurance would be better. So
the 12 minute run, I could not meet my goal of going further. I ran less in my post test compared

said it was just sprained by looking at it. So my mom took me to the hospital and I got some x

heal. After I got better I continued to do gymnastics. A couple years passed and I was still
having problems with it so my mom took me to the Orthopedic and he looked at my x rays. My
ankle was actually broken in the growth plate and it healed wrong so now everytime I bend my

To find out how modifying the variables of concentration, temperature, and pH effects enzyme
activity.
Hypothesis and Rationale x3 (Concentration, Temperature, pH):
If the concentration of the catalase is decreased, then enzyme activity will decrease as well, because
there is less catalase, which is what sparks the chemical reaction.
If the temperature of the catalase is increased, then enzyme activity will rapidly increase as well,
because an increase in temperature increases the kinetic energy of the molecules, thus increasing
the frequency of the collisions, and speeding up the rate of chemical reaction.
If the pH of the catalase is increased, then enzyme activity will decrease, because a higher pH
contains more acid, which would resist a reaction with the enzyme.
Analysis Questions 1. Using the data from graph 1, enzyme activity stayed at a constant uprising
