It all started when Hertz was teaching and was simply showing his students
electrical sparks. He soon began testing out different sparks and seeing how the
electricity jumped from each of the wire receptors. He soon discovered that the
vibration from the wires could radiate electromagnetic waves that could pass
through the air invisible. With these findings, Hertz created an apparatus called an
Oscillator. With using the Oscillator, Hertz was able to use high voltage A.C.

cold. The excitement in my heart was slowly losing its fire. My group was lost,

In 1967, a senator in Texas named Ralph Yarborough introduced the Bilingual
Education Act. Through this act, the federal government was to provide funds to
schools to have bilingual educational programs. The act primarily focused on Spanish
speaking children, but later was amended to benefit other children as well (Glavin).
Several states in the United States opposed bilingual educationand in 2002, Initiative
31 was on the Colorado ballot. Initiative or Amendment 31, required schools to be
taught only in English (figure 1). Parents were given the option to request bilingual

having the right to deny their request. Instead, non English speakers would be placed

meaningful piece of literature published in London around November 1972.
Although the plot is about a group of rabbits struggling to find home, the story can

degradation of GCIs when grid frequency varies and causes periodic signal with

frequency adaptation (FARC) at a predefined sampling rate is proposed to deal
with all types of periodic signal of variable frequency. A fractional delay filter
which is based on Lagrange interpolation is used to estimate the fractional period

fistula leaves and bark and FTIR spectra anlysis of acetone extract of Cassia fistula
bark. The acetone extract of the leaves and bark of Cassia fistula prepared by Soxhlet
Extraction method. Crude extract was analysed by phytochemical tests and FTIR
spectrum. Phytochemical studies revealed the presence of some interesting
secondary metabolites like tannins, flavonoid, carbohydrate, saponins, glycosides and
phenol in the leaf extract while tannins, flavonoids, carbohydrate, saponins,
glycosides, phenol and terpenoid in the stem bark during qualitative analysis.
Interestingly, FTIR analysis of acetone stem bark extract shows the absorption bands
which are closely similar to Catechin. FTIR analysis confirms the presence of
phenolic compound and flavonoid content. So the present study provide evidences
that leaves and bark of Cassia fistula contain bioactive constituents
