Type of Evidence Collected: I collected a fingerprint that was lying on the handle of the door
leading to the backyard that was the main point of interest during the investigation after receiving
the lead from John Couey.
Method used: I used my latent fingerprint dusting powder in order to bring the print to a visible
state to the naked eye and then I used my tape I had to gain a copy of the print off the handle. I
then took the evidence to my forensic vehicle in order to keep it secure for further examination.
Searching for: I collected this evidence and examined it to look for the possible fingerprint of John
Couey which would give us a direct tie to him being at that house.
Summary: This fingerprint was collected at the home where Jessica Lunsford s body was located
by the Citrus County Police at which point I photographed, lifted and collected the print, and
secured it in my vehicle. After I further examined it, I gave it to the officers for them to be able to
use it in the upcoming case as evidence.

Comparing staging tricks and in camera effects by Michel Gondry and George Melies
Air France Advertisement (Le Passage) is a typical example which shows wonderful in camera
techniques that Michel Gondry used. The main technique used in this advertisement is matte shot.
In the book called Georges Melies: the birth of the auteur Manchester, Elizabeth Ezra (2000, p. 31)
introduced how George Melies made matte shots. She mentioned that matte shot which borrowed
ideas from still photography is used to cover the camera lens in order to make a blank spot and then
exposes the film again to record the superimposed images.

To start off, one must explain what a full Democracy entails. The Greek word meaning demo
means citizen while kratos means ruled, therefore, the full meaning of democracy is ruled by the
citizen(s). With that being said, a complete democracy would entail citizens directly voting on
every piece of legislation. When citizens can partly vote of legislation and/or they vote in
representatives to represent their interest, it is no longer a pure democracybut rather a democratic

The first vampire book I have ever read was Interview with the Vampire, which peaked my love
for vampire literature. This novel is a part of a series of Vampire Chronicles written by the
author Anne Rice. Rice was born on October 4, 1941 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Her real name
is Howard Allen Frances O Brien; named after her father. When she was in first grade her name
was changed to Anne. She was raised in a conservative Catholic home and attended a parochial
school as a young girl. In 1958 her family moved to Richardson, Texas where she would gradate
high school. According to Biography.com, Rice studied briefly at Texas Women s University and
North Texas State College. After marrying Stan Rice, she eventually moved to California, where
she earned her degree at San Francisco State College. (Biography.com 2014).
Before her successful career as a writer of vampire novels and erotica she tried her hand at several
different jobs. She was a cook, a waitress and an insurance examiner before she began her true
calling. Her inspiration for her first novel Interview with a Vampire was inspired by the death of
her daughter Michele, who at the tender age of five died of leukemia. The character Claudia in
the story is based on her dead child, as an outlet for her pain and probably as a way to keep her

Businesses are started every day, and each one is different in its own special way, but no matter
what type of business it is, a sole proprietorship, a general or limited partnership, a C or S
corporation, or a limited liability it will still be affected in some way by seven basic
characteristics. The characteristics of business; liability, income tax, longevity or continuity,
control, profit retention, location, and convenience or burden. In this paper a description of each
business type and how they are affected by the seven characteristics of business will be given,
showing the clear advantage and disadvantages of each type of business.
Sole proprietorship
A sole proprietorship is a business that has no legal separate existence from its owner.
The characteristics that are the greatest advantages to this type of business are its freedoms. A sole
proprietorship has complete control and decision making power over the business. There are no
corporate tax payments and profits are not shared; however income and losses are taxed on the
individual s personal income tax return.
And this brings me to the disadvantages of owning a sole proprietorship. Liability is the biggest; it
falls solely on the owner of the business. In the event that penalties or debts have to be paid,
payments come from the personal assets of the owner. The burdens that come with maintaining the
