2015 ABSTRACT The purpose of this report is to investigate the property of feedback in a multi
stage amplifier. The report describes the frequency response and time of distortion occurrence of
open and close loop in their linear operating region. In the method of contrast, the advantages and
disadvantages of feedback can be easily summarized. Besides the things above, practical
amplifier has some operating constrains. The report also illustrates the possible constrains that
are current limit, slew rate and saturation of the output at supply rails. The final investigation of
this report is the relationship between resonance and the time domain response. AN

Introduction The common chimpanzee, scientifically known as pan Troglodytes, is an ape. It is a
member of the super family homoinidea, the same as humans. There are an estimated one to two
hundred thousand lives in the wild. The captive population is around fifteen hundred. Two

They are born with lightly colored faces and white puffs of fur on their tails. Both of these will

Over the years, rules have been established by Supreme Court Cases in the interest of the
defendants, for the protection of their Constitutional Rights and to make sure they have received a
fair trial. These rules are created on a case by case situation in which certain situations arise and

According to the Merrian Webster dictionary, the exclusionary ruleis a legal rule that bars

The exclusionary rule is a court made rule. This means that it was created not in statutes passed by
legislative bodies but rather by the U.S. Supreme Court.
At one time, in past history, the seizure of evidence by illegal means did not affect whether or
not it could be used in court. In fact, just so long as it was proven to be relevance and trust
worthy, meeting certain evidentiary criteria for admissibility, any evidence, no matter how it was

In order to isolate benzoic acid, benzocaine and 9 fluorenone, each component needed to be
separated from one another. All three compounds began together in one culture tube, dissolved in
methylene chloride and formed into a homogenous mixture. In this culture tube, two milliliters of
aqueous three molar hydrochloric acidwas added, which immediately formed two layers, the top
acidic aqueous layer was clear in color and contained benzocaine, and the bottom organic formed
was yellow and contained benzoic acidand 9 fluorenone. Benzocaine s amino group is protonated
by the aqueous layer hydronium. This protonation forms the conjugate acid of benzocaine,
benzocaine hydrochloride. Thus, the conjugate acid, benzocaine hydrochloride is a salt in which is
soluble in water and furthermore can be isolated from the organic mixture. When testing out the pH
levels in benzocaine, the pH test strip was dark blue in color, indicating a pH level of around 5
to 7. When isolating benzoic acid, two milliliters of aqueous three molar sodium hydroxide was
added, which deprotonates the carboxylic group in benzoic acid, forming its conjugate base,
sodium benzoate. As with benzocaine hydrochloride, sodium benzoate is a water soluble ionic
salt in the aqueous layer that can then be separated from the bottom organic layer containing the
9 fluorenone. The pH test strip was a vibrant red for benzoic acid, indicating a pH of 2. Now the 9

The selective students came from Elective class (Drama) with diverse backgrounds and we were
brought together to perform Stations of the Cross , performance presenting the Traditional times
Vs Modern times to the school audience. The casting for the drama was open to participants to
select. The whole casting process itself was very challenging and fun. In the beginning, I found it
was necessary to engage the participant s focus on the process rather than the outcome and hence
specific requirements for the drama were not decided upfront. Each of us was given the
opportunity to select a station for the drama and to come up with scripts for both modern and
tradition times. We came up with the drama direction and communicated to the casts taking into
considering the feelings, artistic expressions and deep relationships including the stage set up
and color/costumes, etc. The challenges my group and I faced was towards the group dynamics
/culture, focus and drama management. Though we were guided by Ms. Moeser, there was no
leader appointed to run the show within the group. Clear objectives and task structure (clear

Gender roles have influenced our society our whole lives, without us realizing it. They determine
the way in which we, as members of society, behave among others and what is deemed socially
acceptable and what is not, all based on our gender. From the moment children take their first
breaths, they are exposed to the genderroles society has set. This is all part of a social
construction to categorize the two genders into believing that they should act in a particular
matter, using toys as an advertising method. If the baby is a female, parents will opt to dress her

The Case Of Salomin V Salomon Co Ltd.
Mr Lay is a separate legal entity under s.16 (2) Companies Act 2006. This is similar to the case
of Salomon v Salomon Co Ltd (1897) where Mr Salomon was held to be a separate legal identity
from the company. However, according to company law there are exceptions in which the court is
willing to lift the corporate veil. The court will lift the corporate veil where certain circumstances
occur such as fraud, improper or wrongful acts.
Mr Lay gambled away all of the company s assets and reserves which is a wrongdoing under s.361
Insolvency Act 1986. He knew that there was no reasonable prospect of avoiding insolvency as
the company was bankrupt and failed to minimise the potential loss to the company s creditors.
Therefore, s.214 (2) IA 1986 applies in this case and the court may declare that Mr Lay is to be
liable to contribute to the company s debts as this is a wrongful trading under s.214 IA 1986.
This is similar to the case of Brooks v Armstrong (2015) where the three principle conditions for
wrongful trading were outlined. Furthermore, he carried on business affairs with no intent to pay
the company s debts and for fraudulent purposes. This is an offence under s.993 CA 2006 and

remember when my grandpa and I would always take her on walks on the beach, and when we

First off, I feel that the correct use of euthanasia is when an animal is in devastating pain, and
when the animal is uncomfortable. It can t eat it s usual meals, and when there is nothing to do to
help this animal live longer, it is kind to euthanize it. For example, when my dog was dying, she
was in excruciating pain, and could not eat. Our choices were either to let her die naturally, suffering
for possibly weeks or months of pain, or to assists her with a kind and painless death. In this case,

Autonomy is a self determination theory, Mastery is the desire to get better and better at
something you like, and finally purpose provides activation energy for living. Pink reaffirms For
