Description and Reflection of Dallas Museum The Dallas Museum is a renowned art museum
established in 1903 and is located in Dallas, Texas (Neumann et al. 19). The Dallas Museum of art
is one of the largest art museums in the United States of America containing more than 24,000
collections of art ranging from the ancient to the modern ones (MacDonald Brettell 112). There are
numerous things inside the museum, such as the pieces of art, museum visitors, and the architecture,
that relate to the understanding of the world outside the museum in terms of the day to day life and
the human society. My goal in this essay is to think outside the box and describe the observations
I made inside the museum and explain how they relate to my everyday life, the wider world, or
the human society. The painting work done by C. Bertram Hartman was the first piece of art I
observed inside the Dallas Museum. This painting, completed in 1930, consists of a campanile
type tower, most likely a representation of a historic skyscraper (Walker 73). The painting applies
a fractured perspective blended on an urban look with muted color palettes accompanied by harsh

Sringara rasa( 1 ). I found the interest in the concept of Vak in the paper. According to the paper,
Vak is considered one of the female entity of Saraswati. Vak is disembodied , She is speech, or the

I was inspired by abstract art when I was undergraduate student and it triggered to make abstract

The present study was carried out to evaluate the antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of leaves
of Elephantopus scaber by using different solvent (ethyl alcohol ,acetone and aqueous). The leaves
extract from Elephantopus scaber using different solvents to extract were evaluated for antioxidant
activity by using DPPH method using a different concentrations (1, 10, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80, 100)
Ојg/ml. The results of this method was compared with ascorbic acidas standard. The IC50 value of
standard (ascorbic acid) was found to be 20 mg/ml. This study showed the strongest DPPH radical
scavenging activity of (52.54В±0.81)% inhibition at concentrationof 40 mg/ml, and IC50 value
was 30 mg/ml was found the scavenging activity of (44.92В±0.26)% for ethyl alcohol extract.
Acetone extract of leaves was found at of concentration 60 mg/ml scavenging activity of
53.26В±0.34%. The IC50 value of aqueous extract of leaves was (60)Ојg/ml with percentage
inhibition of (54.28В±0.28)% followed by (44.57В±0.53)% at concentration 40 mg/ml. Introduction

There were many things that I found to interesting throughout the novel. Through my reading I also
found certain characters or events to be annoying.
The first thing I found to be interesting is staring the novel with her mother. Wall s mother is
rummaging through the dumpster and she goes out of her way to avoid her mother. I was
overcome with panic that she s see me and call out my name, and that someone on the way to the

At a young age of three she was boiling water and making hot dogs. What you can infer is that she
is mature for her age. While she was in the hospital one of the nurses tried to comfort her. One of
them squeezed my hand and told I was going to be okay I know. I said, But if I m not, that s okay
too (17). I found this of her to say that even if she weren t okay she would be okay to be very
mature of her at a young age.
I believe her parents are very interesting as well and at times can be irresponsible. For example
when her brother Brian fell off of the back of the couch and they did not take him to the hospital.
There was blood everywhere, Mom said but one kid in the hospital at a time is enough. Besides
dad said, Brian s head is hard, I think the floor took more damage than he did (20). This is just one
example of them being irresponsible. I think they should have taken him to the hospital no matter
what they thought he could handle.
Overall I think the events in the novel are very interesting. I believe it is an interesting novel
because of her family and their actions. Through my reading I have not found the book to be boring
