My mistakes and life have been just growing with me as I move further into my life. I have had
so much mistakes ever since I was a baby. I am really clumsy which makes it easy for me to make

The Mistakes I Made as a Baby/Toddler:
The only way I knew of all these mistakes I made as a baby was because my parents recorded
everything when I was a baby. I was an angry baby my parents said because whenever they took a

My family and baby me went to a park and, of course, my parents were recording me. I was a mad
as usual for no reason. I ran away with my chubby little baby legs. My parents were freaking out

parents to this day don t trust what I am doing when I start to wander off.
Another mistake I have made in my baby life is, I was at a funeral, my parents were being respectful

starting off, I only believed there to be one basic definition of this word. Now, I have learned that

I have completed, I have found my strengths and weaknesses within my writingand have examined
methods on how to improve them efficiently. Along with that, I have used writing a tool to develop

forever. Our bus was loaded in the parking lot of the church, and after saying goodbye to our
parents, I hopped on and settled down for a long ride. Twenty five hours is a very long time to
be on a bus granted we stopped for meals along the way. When we finally pulled into the hotel in

had a busy, but happy feel to it. The ground had a white blanket of snow on it that had just fallen
during the early hours of the morning. My mom was taking me to the mall so that I could get
pictures taken with Santa, one of my favourite parts about Christmas. As I was sitting in my car seat
all bundled up in my snow suit, clutching my favourite stuffed bunny all I was fixated on was
what to ask Santa for Christmas. I was 7 years old with big brown eyes that glared out the
window with the unruliest hair you could ever imagine. As we stopped at our final red light before
our destination, we both witnessed an extremely bad car wreck. It was one of those car wrecks that
seem to happen in slow motion, so slow that you can almost scream Watch out! . All of a sudden,
the women that I viewed as my ordinary suburban mom dashed out of our warm van to face the

Organisational structure of RSPCA
The organisational structure that the charity RSPCA has is a flat structure which between
management and the worker level employees has few or no levels of management. This type of
business structure displays the workers with the higher levels of authority and control on the higher
levels. Then the workers with the least control and authority are on the lower levels of the flat
organisational structure. The RSPCA using a flat organisational structure has managementlevels of
a few or one. Meaning a Chain of Command from top to bottom will be short while the span of
control is wide . The span of control means where the managers are responsible for a certain
number of workers each at RSPCA.
The store I will be focusing on is the Rowley Regis store to explain the flat structure for the
RSPCA. The is a diagram of the flat structure below: This image shows the base level to be the
workers who have the lowest level of authority and control in the RSPCA. The second level are the
managers who have a span of control of seven subordinates between the two managers. The highest
level is the director of the RSPCA who has the most control and authority out of everyone else,
according to the image of the flat organisational structure.
