In Phantasmagoria, one story that the group performed that really stuck out to me
was The Masque of the Red Death by Edgar Allen Poe. To sum the short story up, it
is about a prince named Prospero who hides away in his castle with his wealthy
friends trying to hide from The Red Death , which in the play is shown as a
skeleton like ghoul, but in the actual story, the Red Death plague is personified by
a victim of it. There were many performers in the show, I heard all of their names,
but in truth the names were not important. For the show itself, all the characters
had names, but they acted out and performed poems and short stories, in which
they went under different aliases, so it is difficult to have kept all the names in
check. My favorite aesthetic choice of this performance actually ties all four of the
choices together. It was the Victorian theme of the performance that really caught
my eye and excited me. They played Victorian aged music for certain parts of the
performance, and one of the cast members even played a cello during certain

in the Robert Downey Junior Sherlock Holmes movie, which went so well with the

substitute for a High School Math II class. While no one element that creates a
positive classroom environment, it is crucial to ascertain the needs of the students

makes them happy because they know someone is thinking about them. This made

attention, but they often don t, particularly when our attention is focused on

boundary between right and wrong. From stealing money to shoplifting to fighting,
we have all made our parents frustrated, made poor decisions, and perhaps, even made
a egregious mistake. However, when does stepping that boundary become
irremediable? Can the government punish minors under the same criteria they do
with adults? And most importantly, what does the United States Constitution say?

Roper, the sentencing of minors would be legal, constitutional and uphold Stanford v.
Kentucky; conversely, if the court ruled in favor of the defendant Christopher
Simmons, the death sentence of both Simmons and all future juvenile convicts would

For my research paper, I will be studying the work and paintings of Jacob
Lawrence. Jacob Lawrence was an American painter and was very highly
commended African American artist of the 20 century. What he is best known for
is his Migration Series. He was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey on September 7,
1917. When he was the age of two his mother deposited him and his two younger
siblings in foster care in Philadelphia after his parents divorced. When he was
thirteen he went to work in New York City and there he went to join his mother. He
also spent fifteen years teaching as a professor at the University of Washington.
Lawrence was also widely known for producing narrative collections such as the
Migration Series and War Series. Shortly after Lawrence had arrived there, he was
introduced to art when his mother had enrolled him in Utopia Children s Center,
which then had an after school art program. At the age of 16 he dropped out of
school and took classes at the Harlem Art Workshop where it was taught by Charles
Ashton and he very often visited the Metropolitan Museum of Art. In 1937, he won
a scholarship to the American Artist School in New York. When he graduated in

Brothers Are The Same , Temas, a sixteen year old boy in the Masai tribe, dreams
of achieving manhood through the killing of a lion, nevertheless in doing so, he

Introduction to the sport As a competitive swimmer of twelve years, a member of
the Akin Augusta swim league from third to twelfth grade, and a former summer
league coach, I valued swimming as a demanding part of my life. With an aunt as a
coach for an Olympic training team and cousins that qualified for Olympic trials I
was predestined to become a part of this subculture. My parents threw me into
lessons at the age of five, signed me up for our neighborhood summer league team the
year after and then introduced me to a year round team. From then on swimming
became all I ever thought about.
