This project involves the discovery and interpretation of paintings ranging from the mid 14th
century to the mid 18th century. More importantly, the paintings are those which have a figure

broken down and compared using a state of the art program. The final result of these images

research implies that between the mid 16th century and the mid 18th century, portraits had a

In 1942, Mandela joined the African National Congress and he became actively involved in an anti
apartheid group (Biography). Inside the African National Congress a group of young African
Americans joined together to create the African National Congress Youth League (Nelson
Biographical). Mandela was inspired to join this group after the Afrikaner dominated National Party
won the election in 1948. This national party created apartheid laws that stripped anyone who was
not white of their basic rights and kept them from the government. With Mandela s help the African
National Congress led a Campaign for the Defiance of Unjust Laws, where they traveled throughout

hundreds of others were arrested while peacefully protesting, this marked the beginning of the

The novel, Fools Crow, was written by James Welch as a Native American narrative set in 1870.

The album was released in 2010 following the rapper s controversial VMA incident involving
Taylor Swift and Beyonce and in the midst of Kanye s struggling relationship (My Beautiful Dark
Twisted Fantasy by Kanye West). Kanye explores the unspoken sorrows of fame and love in
MBDTF. Kanye opens his fifth studio album with the song Dark Fantasy and a monologue from
fellow artist, Nicki Minaj. The hook of Dark Fantasy repeats Can we get much higher? So high
(Kanye West). West seems to believe that at this point in his career he has reached the peaks of
the hip hop and rap industry. This hook is followed by many other boastful lines such as an
announcement of his new Lamborghini and arrogant statements on his supermodel girlfriend
and designer clothes. Due to the pompous nature of Dark Fantasy, it established itself as one of
my least favorite songs on the album. However, there is one line in the song that I actually

him is a tale as old as time. The live action version of the 1991 animated classic, Beauty and the
Beast, is more than that though. The story portrayed in the live action film follows that of the
animated version almost exactly. This musical romantic fantasy film, directed by Bill Condon,
features an outstanding cast, which includes Emma Watson, Dan Stevens, Luke Evans, and Josh
Gad, among others. The motion picture is able to bring the animated movie to life even more so
than one could imagine. Beauty and the Beast is a story about a pampered prince (played by Dan
Stevens) who, because of his arrogance, is cursed and thus gets turned into a hideous beast. He can
