¿Por qué hacer este taller?
Cada vez se hace mas obvia, para educadores y padres, la relación indisoluble entre comportamiento, rendimiento y emoción. De tal modo, que hasta los neurólogos ya afirman que las emociones son indisociables de la racionalidad. Por tanto, se hace imprescindible educar las emociones para poder desarrollar al máximo el potencial de la persona. Pero, ¿cómo se consigue una buena educación emocional?
Para responder convenientemente a esta pregunta, es crítico tener en cuenta que las soluciones pueden ser radicalmente opuestas dependiendo de los preconceptos de los que se parta. Por ejemplo, si se considera que las emociones no se pueden liberar totalmente, solo reprimir o gestionar, las propuestas que serán propuestas se orientarán en esa dirección. De modo similar, si se cree que es natural que los alumnos se distraigan y que no posean una atracción innata hacia el aprendizaje, se buscarán maneras de mantener su atención y de crear la motivación necesaria para superar sus resistencias.
Nuestro enfoque se basa los siguientes hechos comprobables:
1) Las emociones se pueden liberar totalmente, como nos demuestran los niños, cada vez que riñen y se abrazan sin rencor a los 2 minutos. Solo hay que elegir la manera óptima para liberarlas entre las muchas que hay.
2) La desmotivación y la falta de atención son los síntomas de un estado interno de agitación emocional que experimenta el alumno. Si se liberan las emociones desestabilizadoras se vuelve al estado natural de paz y curiosidad, el propio del bebé.
3) Las creencias y los gustos son decisiones no conscientes respaldadas por un estado emocional. Se modifican rápidamente si se cambian las emociones que se experimentan.
4) La capacidad intelectual de una persona depende, entre otros factores, del riego sanguíneo que reciba su neocórtex y este flujo es controlado por la respuesta biológica de estrés. Una persona con estrés no razona todo lo bien que le permitiría su potencial y presionarla solo lleva a incrementar el nivel emocional, disminuyendo aún más el aporte sanguíneo al neocórtex con la consecuente disminución de su inteligencia en ese momento.
Siguiendo esta argumentación, hemos preparado un taller en el que el primer paso será enseñar a la persona a hacerse consciente de cuales son sus emociones y a liberarlas eficazmente, de modo que sean capaces de volver al estado base natural de equilibrio.
Momento en el que dispondrán de sus mejores capacidades intelectuales para asimilar la información y tomar decisiones. Además, le mostraremos como modificar gustos y creencias, a identificar sus bloqueos emocionales en el ámbito del estudio y de las relaciones, lo que le permitirá cambiar fácilmente los comportamientos dañinos que mantenía.

The environment can basically described to be everything that surrounds man, interacts with man and influences the way he exists. The elements therefore can be put to four different categories: the atmosphere which contains the air, gases, climate and water, the hydrosphere that includes water in oceans, seas, rivers and lakes, the lithosphere that describes things on the earth’s surface like rocks, soil and landforms and finally the biosphere that contains life or living things like the flora – plants and fauna – animals. Environment means the surroundings. Land, water, air, plants, animals, solid wastes and other things that are surrounding us constitute our environment. Man and environment are closely intertwined with each other, to maintain a balance or equilibrium in nature.
The Earth's atmosphere is a thin layer of gases that surrounds the Earth. It made up of 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, 0.9% argon, 0.03% carbon dioxide, and very minimal amounts of other gases. This thin gaseous layer insulates the Earth from extreme temperatures; it keeps heat inside the atmosphere and it also blocks the Earth from much of the Sun's incoming ultraviolet radiation. It’s approximated to be about 480 km thick, but most of the atmosphere (about 80%) is within 16 km of the surface of the Earth. There is no exact place where the atmosphere ends; it just gets thinner and thinner, until it merges with outer space. The atmospheric air pressure at sea level, is about equals 760 mm (29.92 inches) of mercury, 14.70 pounds per square inch the air pressure decreases. At an altitude of 10,000 feet, the air pressure is 10 pound per square inch and there is less oxygen to breathe. The atmosphere is made up of layers namely: the thermosphere which includes the exosphere and part of the ionosphere, the exosphere which is the outermost layer of the Earth's atmosphere. The exosphere goes from about 640 km high to about 1,280 km, the ionosphere that starts at about 70-80 km high and continues for hundreds of kilometers like 640 km. It contains many ions and free electrons. The ions are created when sunlight hits atoms and tears off some electrons. Auroras occur in the ionosphere. Others include the mesosphere characterized by decreasing temperatures as you rise, the stratosphere characterized by slight temperature increase with altitude, the tropopause which sits between the stratosphere and the troposphere and finally the troposphere which is the lowest region in the earth’s atmosphere.
A hydrosphere is the total amount of water on a planet. The hydrosphere includes water that is on the surface of the planet, underground, and in the air. A planet's hydrosphere can be liquid, vapor, or ice. On Earth, liquid water exists on the surface in the form of oceans, lakes and rivers. Results of geophysics and pneumatic injection pilot tests during 2003 – 2007 yielded significant positive results for injection delivery design and contaminant mass treatment, resulting in permanent shut-down of an existing groundwater Pump & Treat system.
Accessible source areas were subsequently removed (2011) by soil excavation and treated with the placement of Emulsified Vegetable Oil EVO and zero-valent iron ZVI to accelerate treatment of impacted groundwater in overburden and weathered fractured bedrock. Post pilot test and post remediation groundwater monitoring has included analyses of CVOCs, organic fatty acids, dissolved gases and QuantArray® -Chlor to quantify key microorganisms (e.g., Dehalococcoides, Dehalobacter, etc.) and functional genes (e.g., vinyl chloride reductase, methane monooxygenase, etc.) to assess potential for reductive dechlorination and aerobic cometabolism of CVOCs.
In 2022, the first commercial application of MetaArray™ was performed at the site. MetaArray™ utilizes statistical analysis, such as principal component analysis and multivariate analysis to provide evidence that reductive dechlorination is active or even that it is slowing. This creates actionable data allowing users to save money by making important site management decisions earlier.
The results of the MetaArray™ analysis’ support vector machine (SVM) identified groundwater monitoring wells with a 80% confidence that were characterized as either Limited for Reductive Decholorination or had a High Reductive Reduction Dechlorination potential. The results of MetaArray™ will be used to further optimize the site’s post remediation monitoring program for monitored natural attenuation.

Evolving Lifecycles with High Resolution Site Characterization (HRSC) and 3-D...
The incorporation of a 3DCSM and completion of HRSC provided a tool for enhanced, data-driven, decisions to support a change in remediation closure strategies. Currently, an approved pilot study has been obtained to shut-down the remediation systems (ISCO, P&T) and conduct a hydraulic study under non-pumping conditions. A separate micro-biological bench scale treatability study was competed that yielded positive results for an emerging innovative technology. As a result, a field pilot study has commenced with results expected in nine-twelve months. With the results of the hydraulic study, field pilot studies and an updated risk assessment leading site monitoring optimization cost lifecycle savings upwards of $15MM towards an alternatively evolved best available technology remediation closure strategy.

Water polluted by dyestuffs compounds is a global threat to health and the environment; accordingly, we prepared a green novel sorbent chemical and Physical system from an algae, chitosan and chitosan nanoparticle and impregnated with algae with chitosan nanocomposite for the sorption of Malachite green dye from water. The algae with chitosan nanocomposite by a simple method and used as a recyclable and effective adsorbent for the removal of malachite green dye from aqueous solutions. Algae, chitosan, chitosan nanoparticle and algae with chitosan nanocomposite were characterized using different physicochemical methods. The functional groups and chemical compounds found in algae, chitosan, chitosan algae, chitosan nanoparticle, and chitosan nanoparticle with algae were identified using FTIR, SEM, and TGADTA/DTG techniques. The optimal adsorption conditions, different dosages, pH and Temperature the amount of algae with chitosan nanocomposite were determined. At optimized conditions and the batch equilibrium studies more than 99% of the dye was removed. The adsorption process data matched well kinetics showed that the reaction order for dye varied with pseudo-first order and pseudo-second order. Furthermore, the maximum adsorption capacity of the algae with chitosan nanocomposite toward malachite green dye reached as high as 15.5mg/g, respectively. Finally, multiple times reusing of algae with chitosan nanocomposite and removing dye from a real wastewater has made it a promising and attractive option for further practical applications.

The popularity of functional foods among scientists and common people has been increasing day by day. Awareness and modernization make the consumer think better regarding food and nutrition. Now a day’s individual knows very well about the relation between food consumption and disease prevalence. Humans have a diversity of microbes in the gut that together form the gut microflora. Probiotics are the health-promoting live microbial cells improve host health through gut and brain connection and fighting against harmful bacteria. Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus are the two bacterial genera which are considered to be probiotic. These good bacteria are facing challenges of viability. There are so many factors such as sensitivity to heat, pH, acidity, osmotic effect, mechanical shear, chemical components, freezing and storage time as well which affects the viability of probiotics in the dairy food matrix as well as in the gut. Multiple efforts have been done in the past and ongoing in present for these beneficial microbial population stability until their destination in the gut. One of a useful technique known as microencapsulation makes the probiotic effective in the diversified conditions and maintain these microbe’s community to the optimum level for achieving targeted benefits. Dairy products are found to be an ideal vehicle for probiotic incorporation. It has been seen that the encapsulated microbial cells show higher viability than the free cells in different processing and storage conditions as well as against bile salts in the gut. They make the food functional when incorporated, without affecting the product sensory characteristics.
