4. What is your “about me” pitch?
Higher education professional working to advance student
learning in a global society. A strategic thinker and leader
balanced by a healthy sense of humor and disregard for the
impossible. I thrive in environments where new ideas are
generated and people are encouraged to take educated risks
that better align the organization with its mission.
The reason I do what I do is to serve others and to create
experiences that are catalysts for growth and development--
individually as well as collectively as a team.
Everything I know is a result of diving head first into my whims
and beliefs. I write about it, talk about it, until I get a hold on
it. I’m here making Maxie the realized dream — speaking,
writing and gathering the best of the best for you about the
things that I’m sure of: spiritual and emotional intelligence.
