This document provides the schedule and assignment details for Project 1 of a course. It includes the due dates for scaffolding homework assignments leading up to the main Genre Parody assignment, which is due by 11:59 p.m. on September 10th and will lose points for each late day. The schedule lists the class topics and activities for each class session from August 27th through September 10th, including introductions to rhetoric, genre, and parody examples as well as workshops for drafts and brainstorming for future assignments.

1. PROJECT 1 SCHEDULE

All scaffolding work (homework assignments) is due before class
on the date due. The Genre Parody will be due at 11:59 p.m. on
Tuesday, 9/10. Late assignments will lose one letter grade (or the
equivalent number of points) per day.
