• Use small size file to remove
dust and metal chip in the
nozzle
• Use airgun to blow inside the
nozzle

8. Replacing copper brush plate procedure
Equipments
• allen key
• screw driver
• mallet
• multipurpose lubricant
• Use screw driver and allen key
to open up all the screw on
plate brush

9. • For wear-off screw spray
lubricant, before open the
screw with the aid of mallet
• Clean the area from dust and
metal chip

10. • Install new plate brush • Test run the part

11. Result
• There is no overtravel issues arise after
complete one sheet thickness 1mm for mount
bracket part which has high rate of overtravel
issue before replacing plate brush
