The citric acid cycle (CAC) – also known as the TCA cycle (tricarboxylic acid cycle) or the Krebs cycle – is a series of chemical reactions used by all aerobic organisms to release stored energy through the oxidation of acetyl-CoA derived from carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.
here u will find every detail of KREBS cycle.
The electron transport chain is comprised of a series of enzymatic reactions within the inner membrane of the mitochondria, which are cell organelles that release and store energy for all physiological needs.
As electrons are passed through the chain by a series of oxidation-reduction reactions, energy is released, creating a gradient of hydrogen ions, or protons, across the membrane. The proton gradient provides energy to make ATP, which is used in oxidative phosphorylation.

Biological oxidation and Electron Transport Chain is the most important and confusing topic in biochemistry metabolism, but here we tried to put it in the simplest way easy to learn. This presentation was guided by Dr. Arpita Patel and made by Miss Nidhi Argade.
Oxidative phosphorylation or electron transport-linked phosphorylation)- the metabolic pathway in which cells use enzymes to oxidize nutrients, thereby releasing the chemical energy stored within in order to produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP).

The French Revolution, which began in 1789, was a period of radical social and political upheaval in France. It marked the decline of absolute monarchies, the rise of secular and democratic republics, and the eventual rise of Napoleon Bonaparte. This revolutionary period is crucial in understanding the transition from feudalism to modernity in Europe.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

How to Create Map Views in the Odoo 17 ERPCeline George
The map views are useful for providing a geographical representation of data. They allow users to visualize and analyze the data in a more intuitive manner.
This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.
2. GEN-BIOLOGY
Welcome to EKP Informative. We will teach you
about the different process on;
DARK REACTION
LIGHT REACTION
ELECTRON TRANSPORT CHAIN
PHOSYNTHESIS
4. DARK REACTION
Dark reaction make use of (ATP and
NADPH).This reaction cycle is also
called Calvin Benison Cycle, and it
occurs in the troma. ATP provides the
energy while NADPH provides the
electrons required to fix the CO2 into
carbohydrates.
5. LIGHT REACTION
The light reaction is absorbed and energy is
used to drive electrons from water to
generate NADPH and to drive protons
across a membrane. These protons return
through ATP synthase to make ATP.
6. THE LIGHT REACTIONS CAN BE SPLIT INTO
FOLLOWING SPECIFIC STEPS;
Light absorption and splitting of water
Production of ATP
Movement of electrons through electron acceptors to
power a hydrogen pump
Re-energizing electrons so they can produce NADPH
7. ELECTRON TRANSPORT CHAIN
Is the series of electron transporters
embedded in the inner mitochondrial
membrane that shuttles electron from
NADP and FADH2 to molecular oxygen.
Is the last component of aerobic
respiration and is the only part of
glucose metabolism that uses
atmospheric oxygen.
9. COMPLEX I
Other term is NADH DEHYDRATION ,two
electrons are carried to the first complex aboard
NADH.Is the complex,labeled I,is composed of
Flavin mononucleotide and an iron-sulfur
containing protein.
10. COMPLEX II
Other term is SUCCINATE DEHYDROGENASE
,directly receives FFADH2,which does not pass
through complex I.The compound connecting the
first and second complexes to the third is
ubiquinone/Q.The Q molecules is lipid soluble
and freely moves through the hydrophobic core
of the membrane.
11. COMPLEX III
Other term is CYTOCHROME C REDUCTASE,
the third complex is composed of
cytochrome b, another Fe-S protein, Rieske
center and cytochrome C proteins;
Cytochrome proteins have a prosthetic
group of heme. The heme molecules is
similar to the heme in hemoglobin, but it
carries electrons, not oxygen.
12. COMPLEX IV
Other term is CYTOCHROME C OXIDASE ,is
composed of cytochrome proteins c,a and
a3.This complex contains two heme groups and
three copper ions .The cytochromes hold an
oxygen molecules very tightly between the iron
and copper ions until the oxygen is completely
reduced.
