This document describes a proposed Android application called E-Grampanchayt that aims to automate operations of the village council (Grampanchayt) in India. The key features of the app include separate portals for the village head (Sarpanch) and villagers, a forum for villagers to register complaints and queries, and information about government schemes, land records, and facilities available in the village. The app is intended to reduce corruption, decrease paperwork, and make the working of the Grampanchayt more efficient and transparent by bringing it online. It will allow digital access to services and transparency of operations between villagers and their local government administration.

With the strong support of governments at all levels, WeChat mini programs have been widely used in the field of urban governance. However, due to the lack of support of professional information tools, the actual operation process is too complex, resulting in too many management levels and cumbersome operators, reducing the efficiency and accuracy of information transmission, it is difficult to achieve information and grid management, and seriously limiting the popularization and application of grass roots transaction processing mini programs at the grass roots level. This paper aims to explore how WeChat mini programs can effectively solve the challenges in practical applications and propose a new development plan for social governance applications based on WeChat mini programs, which has been tested in many places and achieved remarkable results. In the future, WeChat mini programs will be continuously optimized and promoted in practice to help the countrys rural revitalization. The National Rural Employment Guarantee System NREGS is a social security measure that aims to guarantee the ’right to work’. It aims to ensure livelihood security in rural areas by providing at least 100 days of wage employment in a financial year to every household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work. This system enables public to register for the benefit of this scheme, 100 days work is provided for each ration card, irrelevant of the members in it. Officers verify the info and pass to concerning sections for further proceeding. This system covers the NREG System under a whole panchayat. Apart from providing economic security and creating rural assets, NREGS can help in protecting the environment, empowering rural women, reducing rural-urban migration and fostering social equity, among others. The MGNREGA was initiated with the objective of ”enhancing livelihood security in rural areas by providing at least 100 days of guaranteed wage employment in a financial year, to every household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled manual work”. Another aim of MGNREGA is to create durable assets (such as roads, canals, ponds, wells). Employment is to be provided within 5 km of an applicant’s residence, and minimum wages are to be paid. If work is not provided within 15 days of applying, applicants are entitled to an unemployment allowance. Thus, employment under MGNREGA is a legal entitlement. MGNREGA is to be implemented mainly by gram panchayats (GPs). The involvement of contractors is banned. Labour-intensive tasks like creating infrastructure for water harvesting, drought relief and flood control are preferred. Apart from providing economic security and creating rural assets, NREGA can help in protecting the environment empowering the rural women reducing rural-urban migration and fostering social equity among others. The law provides many safeguards to promote its effective management and implementation. The act explicitly mentions the principles and agencies for implementation, list of allowed works, financing pattern, monitoring and evaluation and most importantly the detailed measures to ensure transparency and accountability.

Hybrid optimization of pumped hydro system and solar- Engr. Abdul-Azeez.pdffxintegritypublishin
Advancements in technology unveil a myriad of electrical and electronic breakthroughs geared towards efficiently harnessing limited resources to meet human energy demands. The optimization of hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems plays a pivotal role in utilizing natural resources effectively. This initiative not only benefits humanity but also fosters environmental sustainability. The study investigated the design optimization of these hybrid systems, focusing on understanding solar radiation patterns, identifying geographical influences on solar radiation, formulating a mathematical model for system optimization, and determining the optimal configuration of PV panels and pumped hydro storage. Through a comparative analysis approach and eight weeks of data collection, the study addressed key research questions related to solar radiation patterns and optimal system design. The findings highlighted regions with heightened solar radiation levels, showcasing substantial potential for power generation and emphasizing the system's efficiency. Optimizing system design significantly boosted power generation, promoted renewable energy utilization, and enhanced energy storage capacity. The study underscored the benefits of optimizing hybrid solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems for sustainable energy usage. Optimizing the design of solar PV panels and pumped hydro energy supply systems as examined across diverse climatic conditions in a developing country, not only enhances power generation but also improves the integration of renewable energy sources and boosts energy storage capacities, particularly beneficial for less economically prosperous regions. Additionally, the study provides valuable insights for advancing energy research in economically viable areas. Recommendations included conducting site-specific assessments, utilizing advanced modeling tools, implementing regular maintenance protocols, and enhancing communication among system components.
CFD Simulation of By-pass Flow in a HRSG module by R&R Consult.pptxR&R Consult
CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
It is always satisfying when we can help solve complex challenges like this. Do your systems also need a check-up or optimization? Give us a call!
