  • #14 See instructions on activity form
  • #15 27. 8. 2020
  • #16 Break participants in teams of 4 people each team. Give each person in the team one piece of the GROW method (goal, current reality, options or will). Divide all participants with goal as their piece into equal groups depending on total number of participants. Repeat this process with the other three groups. Each group will study and dicuss their topic for 30-45 minutes. When the teams understand their topic completely, they will return to their original group. Beginning with G-goals each team member will teach their team about their topic and lead a discussion to clarify and apply it to real work situations.
  • #17 Sieze the opportunity to turn ordinary converstations into effective converstations.
  • #18 Effective commincation Action Plan. Participants create an action plan. Participants will be emailed a copy of the action plan. The plan will be emailed again to them 4-6 weeks following the training. Participants will evaluate how effectively they have implemented their action plan. A copy of the evaluation will be sent to the participant’s manager to assess any changes or efforts toward change the manager has observed over the 4-6 week period. This 360 feedback will be used to evaluate the training and provide quantitative data.
  • #19 REVIEW MAIN CONCEPTS TO TEST UNDERSTANDING AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS
