Standardization and Formulations of Calotropis ProceraYogeshIJTSRD
Plants growing in arid regions have elicited increased attention, because the hostile environment, in which these plants survive, forces them to develop chemical protective systems through adaptation which is rarely found in vegetation of other ecosystems. Furthermore, many of the plants grow in areas, where the dependence on traditional, plant based medicines over industrially produced pharmaceuticals persists to this day. The two plants, Calotopris Procera giant milkweed, also named C. Persica and Calotropis gigantea crown ower , have been used widely in traditional medicine in North Africa, the Middle East, and South and South East Asia. This has led to extensive research on the chemical constituents of the plants. Both plants are known to be sources of cardenolides, and newer research has yielded a number of interesting cancer active constituents. In addition, extracts of both plants have remarkable nematocidal, molluscidal and insecticidal activities. In many regions, the wood of Calotropis plants has been used as a building material and as a source of fuel. In addition, certain parts of the plants have been used as feed for livestock. In other regions, Calotropis plants are seen as invasive species that threaten local plant life and that due to their toxicity also pose a threat to grazing eld animals. Review of the Diagnosis and Treatment of ParalysisYogeshIJTSRD
Paralysis is a complete loss of motor power in any muscle group. When paralysis affects all four extremities, it is called quadriplegia when it affects only the lower extremities, paraplegia and when it affects the extremities on one side of the body, hemiplegic. For this reason, the term paralysis is generally reserved for more focal, less stereotyped weakness, for instance, affecting all the muscles innervated by a peripheral nerve. Many different anatomical lesions and etiologies can cause paralysis and determine its treatment. Bikash Debsingha | Dr. Gourav Kr. Criminology Educators Triumphs and StrugglesYogeshIJTSRD
This research study is geared on determining the triumphs and struggles of criminology educators. Included on the aim is to know their experiences and story being considered as teacher by accident. A qualitative research design was applied in this study. Researchers conducted a personal interview with the respondents with the aid of a guide questions which all points to main issue of this study. The findings of the study revealed that out of seven respondents, four are on the age bracket of 21 to 25 years old, two respondents are on the age bracket of 26 to 30 years old and a single respondent is on the age bracket of 36 to 40 years. Most of the respondents find enthusiasm in teaching and are aware that there is a need for them to proceed in post graduate studies for them to have a considerable salary. As to financial stability, only 1out of 7 considers herself as financially stable. The rest are saying that as of the moment, they are not yet financially stable basing on the rate of their salary. Qualification matters a lot in the field of academe because this was being shared by one of the respondents who considers herself as financially stable. Also, all of the respondents do not consider teaching as their first career of choice but most of them does not have any plan of shifting to another career. Girlie N. Cañete | Harry Santiago P. Automatic Query Expansion Using Word Embedding Based on Fuzzy Graph Connectiv...YogeshIJTSRD
The aim of information retrieval systems is to retrieve relevant information according to the query provided. The queries are often vague and uncertain. Thus, to improve the system, we propose an Automatic Query Expansion technique, to expand the query by adding new terms to the user s initial query so as to minimize query mismatch and thereby improving retrieval performance. Most of the existing techniques for expanding queries do not take into account the degree of semantic relationship among words. In this paper, the query is expanded by exploring terms which are semantically similar to the initial query terms as well as considering the degree of relationship, that is, “fuzzy membership- between them. The terms which seemed most relevant are used in expanded query and improve the information retrieval process. A New Proposal for Smartphone Based Drowsiness Detection and Warning System f...YogeshIJTSRD
This paper proposes a Smartphone based system for the detection of drowsiness in automotive drivers. The proposed system uses three stage drowsiness detection technique. The first stage uses the percentage of eyelid closure PERCLOS which is obtained by capturing images with the front camera of the Smartphone with a modified eye state classification method. The system uses near infrared lighting for illuminating the face of the driver during night driving. The second step uses the voiced to the unvoiced ratio VUR obtained from the speech data from the microphone, in the event PERCLOS crosses the threshold. The VUR is also compared with a threshold and if it is a value greater than that of the threshold, it moves on to the next verification stage. In the final verification stage, touch response is required within the stipulated time to declare whether the driver is drowsy or not and subsequently sound an alarm. To awake the driver, a vibrating mechanism is done and also the live GPS location is also sent to an emergency contact. We have studied eight other reference papers for the literature review. The system has three advantages over existing drowsiness detection systems. First, the three stage verification process makes the system more reliable. The second advantage is its implementation on an Android smart phone, which is readily available to most drivers or cab owners as compared to other general purpose embedded platforms. The third advantage is the use of SMS service to inform the control room as well as the passenger regarding the loss of attention of the driver. Data Security by AES Advanced Encryption StandardYogeshIJTSRD
Now a days with the rapid development of multimedia technologies, research on safety and security are becoming more important. Multimedia data are generated and transmitted through the communication channels and the wireless media. The efficiencies of encryption based on different existing algorithms are not up to the satisfactory limit. Hence researchers are trying to modify the existing algorithm or even develop new algorithms that help to increase security with a little encryption time. Here in this paper, we have furnished a new technology to modify the AES algorithm which gives more security with a little encryption time and which can be used to encrypt using 128 bit key. Theoretical analysis on the proposed algorithm with the existing reveals the novelty of our work. Here we have proposed a technique to randomize the key and hidden the key data into an encrypted digital image using the basics concept of cryptography and also using the concept of digital watermarking, the concept of key hide has also been encrypted. We have also proposed a new technique to reposition the pixels to break the correlation between them. So, the proposed scheme offers a more secure and cost effective mechanism for encryption. Next on the AES criteria list good performance. Widespread market adoption will require reasonably good performance on a variety of platforms, ranging from easy tocrack smart cards to the largest servers. Good algorithm performance includes speed for the encryption and decryption process as well as the key schedule. Theorigin of Phyllanthus niruri is tropical America from there it spread as a weed to other tropic and sub tropics. It is a tropical annual herb shrub which grows as weed in moist humid waste land. Phyllanthus niruri is among more than 500 Phyllanthus species that are widely spread in temperate and tropical climates region Lizuka et al., 2007. It grows 30 40 cm in height, has small leaves and yellow flowers the stem has green capsule, and blooms with flowers with 5 white sepals and apical acute anther.38g of Mueller Hinton Agar was dissolved in 1000ml distilled water in a conical flask, the mouth of the conical flask was plugged with cotton woo wrapped in aluminium foil. This was sterilized in an autoclave at 121oC for 15mns. The media was removed and allowed to cool to 45oC, later poured into a sterilized plastic petri plates which were appropriately labeled. The present study revealed the antimicrobial activity and phytochemical screening of phyllanthus niruri. The antimicrobial activity of phyllanthus niruri shows great significant against pathogens which are responsible for common infections of skin, respiratory, urinary and gastrointestinal tracts. The phytochemical screening of oxalate, terpenoids, tannins, phenols, quinones, flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins and steroids were all found to be active within the plant. This bioactive phytochemicals present in P. niruri can be useful for further researches on the plant P. nururi since the phytochemicals have shown preclinical efficacies for treating human diseases’ which include hepatitis and HIV AIDS. Comparative Analysis of Different Numerical Methods for the Solution of Initi...YogeshIJTSRD
A mathematical equation which involves a function and its derivatives is called a differential equation. We consider a real life situation, from this form a mathematical model, solve that model using some mathematical concepts and take interpretation of solution. It is a well known and popular concept in mathematics because of its massive application in real world problems. Differential equations are one of the most important mathematical tools used in modeling problems in Physics, Biology, Economics, Chemistry, Engineering and medical Sciences. Differential equation can describe many situations viz exponential growth and de cay, the population growth of species, the change in investment return over time. We can solve differential equations using classical as well as numerical methods, In this paper we compare numerical methods of solving initial valued first order ordinary differential equations namely Euler method, Improved Euler method, Runge Kutta method and their accuracy level. Evaluation of Different Paving Mixes Using Optimum Stabilizing ContentYogeshIJTSRD
Bituminous mixes are most commonly used all over the world in flexible pavement construction. It consists of asphalt or bitumen used as a binder and mineral aggregate which are mixed together, laid down in layers and then compacted. Under normal circumstances, conventional bituminous pavements if designed and executed properly perform quite satisfactorily but the performance of bituminous mixes is very poor under various situations. Today’s asphaltic concrete pavements are expected to perform better as they are experiencing increased volume of traffic, increased loads and increased variations in daily or seasonal temperature over what has been experienced in the past. In addition, the performance of bituminous pavements is found to be very poor in moisture induced situations. Considering this a lot of work has been done on use of additives in bituminous mixtures and as well as on modification of bitumen. Research has indicated that the addition of polymers to asphalt binders helps to increase the interfacial cohesiveness of the bond between the aggregate and the binder which can enhance many properties of the asphalt pavements to help meet these increased demands. However, the additive that is to be used for modification of mix or binder should satisfy both the strength requirements as well as economical aspects. The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

a good location and of course strategic. Location becomes
one of the most important factors and determines the
success of a business. The perception obtained from
customer interaction with a location close to transportation
facilities and easy to find or easy to reach will have an effect
in the eyes of customers. The existence of an easy-to-reach
location will be a consideration and driving factor for a
consumer to shop Danang Sunyoto (2015: 175).
According to Irham Fahmi (2018:86),Locationdecisionsare
very important because it relates to potential sales and
profits, competitiveness and business continuity. If it is
wrong in determining the location then the consequences
are not only short-term but can also have long-term
consequences. It could mean an investment failure due to
below-bottom-line sales levels so gross profit margins
cannot cover operating costs. A real example of the
importance of location is very visible in the retail business
which is a business that presents the category of consumer
goods (consumer goods) that automatically have to meet
various kerteria to be able to set up the retail business.
Customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction is part of the
customer's experience of a product or service offered.Based
on their experience, customers have a tendency to build
certain values. This value will have an impact for customers
to make comparisons to competitors and the products or
services they feel. If a company provides good quality
products or services, it is expected to meet customer
expectations and finally be able to provide maximum value
and create satisfaction for customers.
Similarly, as one of the bright stores in the city of Medan,
also has a different strategy and advantages than existing
competitors. With the increasing competition, the company
must know the factors that affect customer satisfaction in
order to make improvements and innovations that are
expected to improve.
Based on the background description of the problem that
occurred above, a study can be submitted with the title "

4. Benefits of Research
Based on the objectives that have been formulated, it is
expected that this research is useful as follows:
1. Theoretical Benefits
This research is expected to contribute to the development
of science and as a reference material for further research,
especially research related to the influenceofservice quality
and location on customer satisfaction.
2. Practical Benefits
A. For the company.
This research is expected to provide useful information
materials to take policiesinimprovingcustomersatisfaction.
B. For Researchers.
Can add knowledge as a result of direct observation and can
understand the applicationofdisciplinesobtainedduringthe
study.
5. Quality of Service
According to Kotler in Alma (2011), revealedthatthequality
of service is a way of working for companies that strive to
make quality improvements continuously to the processes,
products and services produced by the company.
According to Tjiptono (2010), the quality of service is an
effort to fulfill the needs and desires of consumers and the
accuracy of their delivery in keeping up with consumer
expectations.
6. Location
According to Danang Sunyoto (2015: 175), in making a
business plan, the selection of business locations is the main
thing to consider. Location becomes one of the most
important factors and determines the success of a business.
There are many things to consider in choosing a location, as
one of the fundamental factors, which greatly affectsincome
and costs, both fixed costs and variable costs. Thelocation of
the business will also be related to the problem of efficient
transportation, the nature of raw materials or the nature of
its products, and its ease of reaching consumers.
Strategic location in entrepreneurial theoryisinterpretedas
a location where there are many prospective buyers, in the
sense that this location is easy to reach, easy to see
consumers, and a location that is widely traversed or
inhabited by target consumers whohavethe potential tobuy
products or services sold. Such a location is suitable for the
business of trading goods or services that must be directly
related to customers. That's why markets, shoppingcenters,
or shopping centers are the most targeted trading business
locations. Therefore, in such areas, prospective consumers
are widely available. Business owners simply look for
strategies to pique their interest. Businesses that are highly
dependent on strategic locations for example: pharmacies,
restaurants, mini markets, workshops, clothing figures, as
well as beauty salons.
7. Customer Satisfaction
According to Supranto (2011), generally mentioning
satisfaction is a person's feeling of pleasure or
disappointment that arises after comparing between the
performance or results of a thought-out product to the
expected performance or results. Means it can be concluded

that a performance that is expected to be below
expectations, then the buyer doesnotfeel satisfied.Similarly,
if the performance meets expectations, the buyer feels
satisfied. If a performance exceeds expectations, then the
buyer is very satisfied and happy.
In the buyer is the main focus in the discussion about
satisfaction and quality of service because in this case the
buyer plays an important role in measuringsatisfactionwith
the products and services provided bythecompany.Inother
words, a buyer is someone who repeatedly comes to the
same place to satisfy his wishes by owning a product or
obtaining a service and paying for the product or service.
8. Frame of Mind
Based on the theory stated above, the development of the frame of thought can be seen as follows:
9. Previous Research
There have been several previous studies on customer satisfaction and used to help get an idea in putting together a frame of
mind in this study. In addition to knowing the similarities and differences of some studies and otherfactors, asa studythatcan

C. Indra Firdiyansyah (2017)
The study is titled, "Analysis of How Much Influence Of Service Quality, Price And Location On CustomerSatisfactioningubrak
stalls". This research aims for sampling method used is Accidental Sampling Methode. Samples in this study were 100 people
from customers of Warung Gubrak Kepri Mall Batam. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test and classic
assumption test are processed so as to produce the following regression equation: Y = 0.398X1 + 0.359X2 + 0.249X3.
Hypothesis testing using the t test showed that the three independent variables studied were shown to have a significant
partial effect on Customer Satisfaction dependent variables. Adjusted R Square figures of 0.584 show that 58.4 percent of
Customer Satisfaction variables can be explained by all three independent variables in the regression equation. While the
remaining 41.6 percent was explained by other variables outside the three variables used in this study.
D. Agus Supandi Soegoto (2014)
The test results showed the amount or percentage of contributions influenced product quality, price and location
simultaneously or together to customer satisfaction at Lamongan food stalls in Manado city, amountingtoadjusted coefficient
of determination (R square) = 0.656 meaning that 65.6% of customer satisfaction at Lamongan food stalls in Manado city was
influenced by product quality variables, prices and locations while the remaining34.4%wasinfluencedbyothervariablesthat
were not studied. The results of this study are in accordance with research conducted by Adi (2012) which shows that
simultaneously variable prices, product quality, and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

12. Research Methods
12.1. Types of Research
According to Sugiyono (2018), in this study is used through explanatory researc research method which is a research method
that intends to get clarity of phenomena that occur empirically and try to get answers to the relationship between variables
through hypothesis testing.
12.2. Research Place and Time
This research is in one of the companies owned by PT. Pertamina Retail is Bright Store located on Jl. Prof HM. Yamin MedanSH
No.66 Medan North Sumatra. This research is planned to be conducted for 3 months from August 2020 to October 2020.
12.3. Population And Sample
According to Sugiyono (2018: 80), the generation area consisting of objects or subjects that become certain qualities and
characteristics set by researchers to be studied and then drawn conclusions.
So the population is not only people, but also objects and other natural objects. The population is also not just the number of
objects studied, but covers all the characteristics or properties that the subject or object has. The population in this study was
the overall customers of HM Bright Store. Yamin Medan.
According to Sugiyono (2018: 81), samples are part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. If the
population is large, and researchers are unlikely to study everything in the population, for example due to limitations, energy
and time, then researchers can use samples taken from that population. Therefore, samplestakenfromthepopulationmust be
truly representative.
To conduct this research to make it easier for researchers to take samples from the research population, namelyptcustomers.
Pertamina Retail Bright Store HM. Yamin Medan. In this study the number of population as many as 400 people, therefore to
determine the number of samples from the population above byusingtheslovinformula putforwardbyBudiSetiawan(2013),

A. Interview
Interviews are used as a data collection technique if researchers want to conduct preliminary studies to find problems that
should be researched, and also if researchers want to know things from respondents more deeply and the number of
respondents is small or small. This data collection technique is based on self-report or self-report or at least on personal
knowledge and/or belief (Sugiyono, 2018: 138).
B. Questionnaire
Questionnaire is a data collection technique that is done by giving a set of questions or written statements to respondents to
answer. Questionnaires are an efficient data collection technique when researchers know exactly the variables measuredand
know what to expect from respondents. In addition, polls are also suitable for use when the number of respondents is large
enough and spread over a wide area. Questionnaires can be in the form of closed or open statements, can be given to
respondents directly or sent by post, or the internet (Sugiyono, 2018:142).
C. Documents
A large number of facts and data are stored in materials in the form of documentation. Most of the available data is in the form
of letters, diary, souvenirs, reports, artifacts and photos. The main nature of this data is not limited to space and time, thus
giving researchers the opportunity to know things that have happenedinthepast.Indetail, documentarymaterialsaredivided
into several kinds, namely autobiography, personal letters, books or diary, memorials etc.
D. Observation
Observation is the collection of data directly conducted on research objects by making observations on the problems that are
happening to PT. Pertamina Retail Bright Store HM. Yamin Medan. In determining the value score for free variablesi.e.service
quality and location variables, researchers used a likert scale.

14. Conclusion
Based on the results of the study that aims to know "The
Effect of Quality of Service and Location On Customer
Satisfaction At PT. Pertamina Retail Bright Store HM. Yamin
Medan". Based on the results of the study and the results of
data management that has been done by the researcher, the
following conclusions are obtained:
A. Based on the calculation of Multiple Linear Regression,
the regression equation Y= 33.713+0.311+0.148 is
obtained. This means that everytimethereisa qualityof
service and location, customer satisfaction will increase
by 0.311 and 0.148. This is because the positive
coefficient values are 0.311 and 0.148. Conversely, if
there is no change in the quality of service and location,
then customer satisfaction is 33,713
B. Based on the results of the hypothesis test against the
test t on the variable quality of service obtained thitung
value of 2,800 > ttabel 0.1665 so that H0 is rejected and
H1 is accepted. And the significant value < 0.05 with a
value of 0.006 < 0.05.
C. Based on the hypothetical test resultsofthettestresults
on location variables obtained thitung value of 1,097 >
ttabel of 0.1665 so that H0 was rejected and H1
received. And the significant value > 0.05 with a valueof
0.276 > 0.05.
D. Based on the hypothetical test results there are 7,052 >
Ftabel test results of 3.11 so that it can be concluded
that the quality variables of service and location
together affect the variable customer satisfaction.
E. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is
obtained by R Square value of 0.155 or 15.5%. This
means that service and location quality variables affect
variables tied to 15.5% customer satisfaction and the
remaining 84.5% are influenced by other factors not
studied in this study.
15. Advice
From the results of the above research and discussion, it is
obtained as follows:
A. For the Company
Expected to the owner of pt. Pertamina Retail Bright Store
HM. Yamin Medan must adhere to all service standards, to
customers who visit to keep coming back to shop at PT.
Pertamina Retail Bright Store HM. Yamin Medan because
they serve with a friendly attitude, professional, smile, spirit.
The author is very hopeful that the employee in charge also
pays attention to customer complaints, takes themseriously
and there must be a real resolution or action taken. It is
better to be more disciplined towards working hours, so as
to provide maximum results for the services provided to
customers.
B. For the next researcher
Researchers can further develop this study by examining
other factors that can affect customer satisfaction because
service quality and locationfactorsaffect15.5%sothatthere
are still 84.5% other factors that affect customersatisfaction
in addition to the variables studied. Researchers can then
analyze other factors such as service, quick response to
customer complaints, friendly to customers quicklyrespond
in helping consumer needs and others.
