Cleaning System:
Purpose: Clean the inside and outside of sampling
probe
Cleaning trough: It’s left side is used for cleaning the
inside of sampling probe, and its right side is used for
cleaning the outside of sampling probe.
Wash bottle: it is used for holding distilled or
de-ionized water.
Waste bottle: it is used for holding waste liquid.
Constant Temperature System:
It includes the reagent refrigeration and preheating, incubation of
reaction solution and its constant temperature control during the
testing.
• Reagent refrigeration: to ensure the temperature of all the
reagent positions among 13℃~15℃.
• Reagent preheating: to warm up the reagent quickly within 5
seconds.
• Incubation Function: 8 incubation holes in the detection zone
with 37℃ temperature control.
• Constant temperature control of testing positions: There are
seven testing positions in the detection zone with 37℃ constant
temperature control.
Measurement System:
• There are 8 incubation positions, marked as 1-8.
• Measuring methods :
Coagulation Method: there are five testing positions including
9, 10, 11, 12 and 13,use the red light (LED) as the illuminator.
Chromogenic Method: there is one testing position with test
wavelength of 405nm, marked as 14.
Immunology Method: there is one testing position with test
wavelength of 575nm, marked as 15.
• Disposable cup position is marked as 16 in the following figure.
Mechanic Arm Module:
It has two arm units, which apply for XYZ 3D movement
Sampling arm unit :
To make the sample probe move so as to add sample and reagent into
cuvette , and have exploration for automatic liquid level and longitudinal anti-
collision performance and heating for sample reagent.
Catcher arm unit :
To grab cuvette from make-up place, incubation place and test place to
specified place to add up sample or reagent or make test or discard cuvette into
waste box after test; it also has even agitation performance with reaction liquid
and exploration for cuvette.

internal source factor etc.
Chromogenic Method: AT-iii, PLG, α2-AP, PC,
Heparin etc.
Immunologic Method: D-Dimer, FDP etc.;

wavelength (630nm); There is no filter.

Function:Execute the command from the main control board, and make the sampling arm
and catcher arm move, Detect the liquid level by the sample needle, detect the cuvette by the
catcher, control the mixer motor.

can't bear outer force.

open the shielding cover,
please use the diagnonal
plier to cut the string
ribbon on the sampling
probe carrier, and catcher
carrier. There are five
string ribbons in total.
Instrument Maintenance
• Users should periodically clean and maintain the sampling needle and mechanical rail.
• Daily Maintenance
– The used cuvettes should be discarded.
– Disposal of waste fluid
– Wipe away the residual liquid on the reagent holder.
– Clean the sample/reagent needle.
• Weekly Maintenance
– Pipe cleaning
– Equipment cleaning
• Monthly Maintenance
– LED calibration
– Clean the powder or debris on the test hole and incubation hole.
• Quarterly Maintenance (three to six months)
– To maintain the machinery rail, clean the stain/dust, and then spray/coat with
special grease.
– Clean the interior of lotion bottle, and clean the filter on the outlet pipe of lotion
bottle for one time.
– Calibrate the mechanical position

Cleaning System: Purpose: Clean the inside and outside of sampling probe Cleaning trough: It’s left side is used for cleaning the inside of sampling probe, and its right side is used for cleaning the outside of sampling probe. Wash bottle: it is used for holding distilled or de-ionized water. Waste bottle: it is used for holding waste liquid.
  • 10. Constant Temperature System: It includes the reagent refrigeration and preheating, incubation of reaction solution and its constant temperature control during the testing. • Reagent refrigeration: to ensure the temperature of all the reagent positions among 13℃~15℃. • Reagent preheating: to warm up the reagent quickly within 5 seconds. • Incubation Function: 8 incubation holes in the detection zone with 37℃ temperature control. • Constant temperature control of testing positions: There are seven testing positions in the detection zone with 37℃ constant temperature control.

Measurement System: • There are 8 incubation positions, marked as 1-8. • Measuring methods : Coagulation Method: there are five testing positions including 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13,use the red light (LED) as the illuminator. Chromogenic Method: there is one testing position with test wavelength of 405nm, marked as 14. Immunology Method: there is one testing position with test wavelength of 575nm, marked as 15. • Disposable cup position is marked as 16 in the following figure.

Mechanic Arm Module: It has two arm units, which apply for XYZ 3D movement Sampling arm unit : To make the sample probe move so as to add sample and reagent into cuvette , and have exploration for automatic liquid level and longitudinal anti- collision performance and heating for sample reagent. Catcher arm unit : To grab cuvette from make-up place, incubation place and test place to specified place to add up sample or reagent or make test or discard cuvette into waste box after test; it also has even agitation performance with reaction liquid and exploration for cuvette.

Instrument installation 1, Instrument shielding cover is plastic part, so it can't bear outer force. 2. when installing, after open the shielding cover, please use the diagnonal plier to cut the string ribbon on the sampling probe carrier, and catcher carrier. There are five string ribbons in total.
  • 29. Instrument Maintenance • Users should periodically clean and maintain the sampling needle and mechanical rail. • Daily Maintenance – The used cuvettes should be discarded. – Disposal of waste fluid – Wipe away the residual liquid on the reagent holder. – Clean the sample/reagent needle. • Weekly Maintenance – Pipe cleaning – Equipment cleaning • Monthly Maintenance – LED calibration – Clean the powder or debris on the test hole and incubation hole. • Quarterly Maintenance (three to six months) – To maintain the machinery rail, clean the stain/dust, and then spray/coat with special grease. – Clean the interior of lotion bottle, and clean the filter on the outlet pipe of lotion bottle for one time. – Calibrate the mechanical position
