After Open the Light-Shield Cover
Normally, when the instrument is working, the cover should be closed in
advance, or else, the test can not go further. For Engineer, you can place the
Magnetic on the cover sensor to disable it. Or you can disconnect the sensor
cable and connect the Pin 1 and Pin3.
Instrument Requirement
 1. Instrument has Inbuilt Main board inside. It doesn’t
need to have PC working with.
 2. Online UPS is Necessary.
 3.RAC-Cleanser and cuvettes should be original from
Rayto, or else, it will have the problem that the Probe
cannot wash totally and bring Carry-over contamination,
and the cuvette is not mixed properly, or even the optical
system cannot work properly.

Note: If the Sample is need to predilution, the probe will add the
Diluent firstly and then add the Sample, After that, Dispense into
the cuvette and then add R1 and R2.
If sample dilution is not possible to complete in one time, it will
use one Cuvette to diluent the sample. After that, the probe will
add diluent and then add the diluted sample and dispense to the
new cuvette and further add R1 and R2

Installation Environment
 Well-ventilated; Free dust as possible around it;
 Prevent from direct exposure to sunlight;
 Prevent it placing around heat source or air one;
 Free from corrosive or flammable gas;
 UPS is necessary;
 Do not be close to brush generator or frequently-switching-on electric
equipment;
 Do not be close to electric equipment sending electromagnetic wave;
 Ambient temperature: 15-30℃, operation temperature fluctuation: less than
+/-2℃/H;
 Ambient humidity: 35%-80%RH, non-condensed;
 This needs to install air conditioner if indoor temperature fails to meet
requirement.
Power supply Requirement:
 Power supply: 220VAC, 50/60Hz, 1000VA, three-core
power supply wire, good grounding;
 Needs independently have grounding wire;
 Neutral-grounding voltage: less than 5V;
 AC power supply must be stable, prohibit sharing in
power supply with high-power electric appliance, stable
power supply should be set at most;
Unpack
 1. Wear glove
 2. Remove the lock from
the box bottom.
Remove the Buffer and Taps
Cut away the Plastic tie
In total it has 5 Plastic tie. After remove the tie, please check
whether the probe arm and catcher arm can move freely.
Connect the Bottles
Switch On and Software Login
1. For User, The password is 888888; For Engineer, the password is h-201
2. Click the Company Logo, and you can see the versions of the software and Main
control board.
Reset all the positions and Then Long Rinse
Note: Long Rinse is necessary for new installation. It make the liquid go
into the instrument.
Check Sensor Status
Please click Open and then you can check all the sensor status.
Part 4 Maintenance
 1. Daily Maintenance
 2. Monthly Maintenance
 3. Yearly Maintenance
Daily Maintenance
 1. Empty the Waste Bottles
 2. After daily test, need to turn off the
instrument and put the reagent back to the
fridge.
Weekly Maintenance
 1. Clean the probe surface with alcohol
 2. Clean Reagent area
 3. Clean the instrument outside surface
with soft cloth, includes the sample Rack
 4. Clean the water bottle
Half Year Maintenance
 1. Grease the Probe arm and Catch Arm
 2. Clean the water bottle filter
 3. Clean the dust on the Fans
Yearly Maintenance
 1. Check whether the fan have abnormal
sound. If yes, please replace it.
 2. Check the optical path. Normally it’s ok
to check every 2 years. LEDs are work
stable.
 3. Check the tube is dirty or not. If yes,
please replace.

Pressure adjustment
Displayed Pressure: Get into “Temperature” menu and click Open Sensor button. Click
Open liquid pump button. Pay attention to the Liquid Pressure value (Unit is mmHg). We need the
difference between software and air pressure meter less than 10 mmHg. If the value is big, please
click Close liquid pump button and adjust the Gain value. Then test again till it is in the reference
range.
Actual Pressure Adjustment:
Click Open Liquid Pump button and connect air pressure meter to WASH connector
which color is blue. Adjust VR501 to make the value of air pressure meter to
280±20mmHg. After adjust PR5, please disconnect the tube of air pressure meter. After
the air releases, please connect air pressure meter and adjust again. Click Close Liquid
Pump after finishing adjustment.
Temperature adjustment
Click “open sensor” and see the displayed temperature. Normally the probe temperature
is around 43 celcius. Reagent Temp. is less than 16 celcius.
TroubleShooting:

 2. Black Screen
 3. Mechanic Parameter is lost
 4. Common Errors
Blue Screen
How to check whether the system is working ok:
Click “ctrl”+“Alt”+“Del” to ensure whether
the task manager can appear
Possible Reason:
1. System is lost
2. Operation software is corrupted
Note: When the system is working ok, you can see the mouse curse on the
screen after connecting USB mouse.
After turning on the instrument, if you can see the Counting down 3, 2,1, please
click R button several times to recover the system.
Black Screen
 Check the voltage on the LCD interface board
Note: You can disconnect the cable of other
boards, i.e, front board, High voltage board to
locate the problem
Mechanic Parameter Lost
Solution: Copy back the original parameter
file in The software folder.
 1. The Mechanic Parameter is stored in
Sysparam.dat file. When installing the new
instrument, it’s required to backup the
Sysparam.dat for future use.
Note: The USB disk need to kill Virus in
advance.

  • 70. Pressure adjustment Displayed Pressure: Get into “Temperature” menu and click Open Sensor button. Click Open liquid pump button. Pay attention to the Liquid Pressure value (Unit is mmHg). We need the difference between software and air pressure meter less than 10 mmHg. If the value is big, please click Close liquid pump button and adjust the Gain value. Then test again till it is in the reference range. Actual Pressure Adjustment: Click Open Liquid Pump button and connect air pressure meter to WASH connector which color is blue. Adjust VR501 to make the value of air pressure meter to 280±20mmHg. After adjust PR5, please disconnect the tube of air pressure meter. After the air releases, please connect air pressure meter and adjust again. Click Close Liquid Pump after finishing adjustment.
  • 71. Temperature adjustment Click “open sensor” and see the displayed temperature. Normally the probe temperature is around 43 celcius. Reagent Temp. is less than 16 celcius.
