• Feet cramp, pain in coccyx
 Solution
 Adjust seat regularly
 Keep two hand on wheel

 Buckle up seat.
 Adjust seat height to optimize your vision through the windows.
 Adjust mirror after finish setting the seat height.

 Knees should be lower than hips.
 Adjust seat forward or backwards for better control of pedal.
