46. Conclusions
• A Lawsonia intracellularis seeder challenge model is
possible in a large scale commercial study.
• Pigs on the Enterisol Ileitis/Stafac program had a 2.9%
improvement in FE (P<0.05)
• Total return on investment favored the Enterisol
Ileitis/Stafac group by $3.05.
• Today
• $0.25 + $3.76 = $4.01 (vaccine and Stafac)
