- 2. I used Adobe Lightroom to increase the brightness of the photo and to straighten it out. I then inserted the image into Photoshop. In here I used the clone tool to remove black circles underneath his eyes. I then used the paint bucket tool to paint the background black.
- 3. Using the text box tool I wrote the title of the article. I also included the page number, magazine website link and a snug. I used the marquee tool to fill in the box in which I wrote the snug.
- 4. I saved what I had done in Photoshop and inserted it into Microsoft Publisher to write my interview. I used the text box tool to do this. I also inserted a drop cap. I did this by writing the letter “J” in Photoshop with the same font as the word “throne.” I had to do this in Photoshop as Publisher did not have the required font. I then saved it as a JPEG and inserted it into Publisher.
- 5. I also used the text box tool to create the pull quote. I used the same font as the coverlines on the front cover and the same shade of red as the masthead.
