4. Hi-Low Classic & Hi-Low VIII Pan
Feeding system
The first 7-10 days of a broiler's life are critical.
The Hi-Lo pan feeder starts on the house floor, presenting
a lip height of 2.1" (5.33 cm),
The average height of traditional "chick lids".
As the birds grow and the feed line is raised, the Hi-Lo
expands into a 3.5" (8.89 cm) deep pan.
The higher wall and feed saver lip prevent waste from
raking and bill out.
The Hi-Low pan feeder represents a unique concept in the
poultry industry, using one feeder to take birds from day
old through adult.
5. Types
HI-Low Classic
Offer multi-stage feeding capabilities
Hi-Low VIII
Benefit of wider spoke spacing eliminating trapping
when growing larger birds
6. Advantages
360° Action:
The drop tube and grill allow play in 360°, reducing
bruising and injury to the birds.
Feed Depth Control:
Feed Depth control measures directly off the bottom
of the pan assuring all birds a consistent, even supply of
fresh feed.
Telescoping Drop Tube:
The telescoping drop tube automatically
compensates for uneven floor conditions. The drop tube is
available in either the standard one piece or optional two
piece design.

8. Flood Pan Feeder
Broiler Pan Feeder
On the floor, the collapsible pan with window guard
offers the traditional 2” lip height for chicks and keeps
chicks from entering the flood window.
Raise the feed line and the pan expands to 3.5” depth.
9. 2” Collapsed Position3” Collapsed Position
Collapsed Flood Position with Window Guard
Locked Flood Position with Window Guard
10. Advantages
Lock & Load:
Flood the feeder in its 2" collapsed position or, use
the simple mechanism to “lock it in” as a deep pan and flood it at
the 3.5" depth.
Tried & True:
It carries over all the great features of the Hi-Low pan
feeder.
Wide spokes and a full 360° action
reduces bruising and injury to the birds.
The higher wall and feed saver lip help
prevent waste from raking.
This system reduces spoilage and helps
assure birds always have access to the freshest feed.
11. Pullet Pan Feeding System
Improve uniformity and feeding efficiency
Reducing stressful in-house migration and mortality.
By running on a continuous cycle with a constantly
"charged" line, the Cycle Plus Pan Feeder system
eliminates "skips" in feed delivery,
Distributes feed evenly and simultaneously to all pans
on the line, assures equal access to feed for all birds G
enerates less feed separation than the typical
programmed feeding system
13. Male Feeders
The advantages of separate feeding of female and male
breeders are widely acknowledged.
Rooster feeding systems are available for usage in the
scratch area or on slats and with the combination of a male
exclusion grill (hens only) on the trough and a feeding
system for the males, individual rations are easily defined.
Male Feeders allow us to feed male and female breeders
separately.
Providing separate rations for roosters is extremely
important.
This helps to maintain proper body weight, increasing
fertility and hatchability.
14. Pan Design
8-spoke male feeder pan features a sturdy and durable
plastic construction, shallow design for easy access,
and a feed saver lip to reduce raking.
Slide Shutoff
An optional plastic, slide shutoff is present. Easy to
install, the slide shutoff allows any combination of
feeders to be shut off from feed.
Anti-Rotation Clip
A sturdy, all plastic anti-rotation clip is easy to
assemble and, used in conjunction with Cumberland's
ribbed tubing, keeps the pan stationary on the line for
proper operation and reduced feed spillage.
16. Chain Feeder System
Direct Drive System
It is an exclusive direct drive system
the gearbox,
belts
pulleys currently used on all chain feeders.
increased strength,
greater efficiency,
lighter weight
safer operation.
With the full range of grill patterns, trough designs and
connections, and suspension and hopper options, Chain Feeder
Systems can be specifically configured to meet the particular needs
of the individual grower and house layout.
17.
18. Electronically Controlled System
The Chain Feeder System is operated electronically.
The standard speed system (60 feet or 18.28 meters per
minute) uses either a 24-hour pin clock or a 24-hour
digital clock, both of which can be preprogrammed to
control all feeding and fill systems from the weigh bin,
to the house, to the feeder itself.
20. Water Regulator System
Flushing of the Watering System requires
No EXTRA plumbing or valves.
End-Line Regulator has a unique in-line watering
outlet design that enables it to be used for mid-line
Regulators with a simple removal of an end cap.
Simplicity of Inventory: Water Regulator is designed
and packaged for all watering applications being:
Aluminum Rail,
Round Pipe, Hose
Threads and Pipe Threads.
21.
22. NIPPLE SYSTEM
Chickens need water but the conventional water containers for
chickens allow water to go stagnant and accumulate back wash
when the chickens drink. So you are forever changing and
cleaning their water.
The idea behind this system is that there is no way for any back
wash to enter the water and the water staying fresh.
• 5 different styles available to meet everyone are watering needs.
• High precision stainless steel ball and seat.
• Only 3 moving parts.
• 360° toggle.
• Four times easier action
• Lower pin drinking cavity attracts chicks.
• Standard J-Type connection interchanges with other brands.
