Rape can be used as a weapon of war and is a common occurrence in prisons. For the
purpose of this presentation, we will be focusing on civil societies, especially as the
topic was covered last year.

There are several definitions and terms regarding rape within society and law.
According to the law, rape is defined as the non consensual penetration with a penis.
