EXPERIENCE Over 12 years of experience as Project Manager and Owner Representative.
Held management positions with general contractors, including third-party
consulting, engineering, field supervision, superintendent, preconstruction, and
project oversight in Colorado along with international preconstruction
experience. Projects have included historical renovation, medical & hospital,
higher education, brewery, mixed-use hotel residential condo building,
construction claims research, management, mitigation and various tenant
improvements.

Owner representation during design and construction process, including design
development, oversight of construction activities, team alignment according to
project interests, phasing, scheduling, and project scope achievement. Review
of contractor, subcontractor, and design team billings, pay applications, project
budgets, contractor bids, requested change orders, value engineering, quality
control, issue and conflict mitigation, closeout, and adherence to the contract.
Effectively orchestrating, guiding, and controlling all aspects of preconstruction,
construction management, general contracting, bid-day estimates, value
engineering, cost control and management, submittals, product data, owner
training, and redesign proposals, from contract inception through project
completion and beyond.
Establishing and maintaining harmonious client relationships with Owners,
Architects, Engineers, and Prime/Sub Contractors. Ensuring the project team
feels a sense of ownership in their jobs, tasks, duties, and helps provide
solutions to issues rather than just pointing them out.
Identify, write, and negotiate cost effective subcontract and material purchases,
project organization, buyout, prime/subcontractor interviews, establish budgets
and contract price, review contract conditions, avoid or mitigate claims and
conflict, estimate, prepare, and negotiate change orders, prepare owner billings,
review and approve subcontractor pay-applications, assign tasks based on team
member strengths, management and attention to detail on multiple projects at
different locations.

Design team selection, design overview, general contractor oversight,
contract review & approval, asbestos abatement lead, and project budget

(Grupo Denim/GD Holdings) – February 2012 to Present
Owner Representative and Project Manager for building
developer/owner. In charge of construction defect claims management
and mitigation for condo wood flooring, building balcony rails, and
CPVC sprinkler pipe connections. PM and Superintendent for various
Capitol Expenditure projects of hotel including but not limited to
Podium EPDM full roof replacement, Level 3 Spa renovation and Salon
build-out from existing gym, and Four Seasons Hotel full storefront and
entry door replacement with revolving door.

Project Manager for building developer/owner on design development &
budgeting of an additional $140,000,000 38 story post-tension high-
rise on 14th Street & Lawrence. Easement & contract research, area
calcs, review of architectural and structural designs, programing, cost
model review, design change management, utility tie-in and structural
research with GC into existing building, and design team invoicing.

Project Manager and Residential Closeout Consultant for building
developer/owner, sales team, and hotel operator for 102 high-end
Residential Condos. Buyer walks and review, punch list generation and
negotiations, subcontractor selection, scheduling and oversight, quality
review, installation management, product procurement, invoicing
review and approval, warranty review, buyer acceptance sign-off and
closing.
