Sr. Mechanical consultant on a DOD contract with security clearance providing project
development, engineering consulting, project management, construction administration
and commissioning services to the 45th Space Wing of the Air Force.
Lead project manager, develop project scope, man hour estimates, proposals, deliverable
dates and negotiate final design fee for multi-disciplinary design and consulting projects.
Engineering management responsibilities including team development, interdisciplinary
coordination, lead mechanical design consultant, engineering and construction
administration services.
Provide commissioning and retro-commissioning services to the Air Force on large scale
facilities throughout Patrick Air Force Base and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
Provide consulting to base energy management for project development, energy savings
calculations and project validation.

construction and provide commissioning services of Mechanical systems in large scale

Commission and field verify the contractors work on projects throughout the
construction process to insure the design and owner demands are being addressed.
Inspections of existing buildings for life cycle cost analysis and replacement report to
owners and developers such as dudeligence reports.

development, construction, bidding, permitting and field verification of compliance with
