The construction of a 4,508 SF new wood-framed limited group residence for 5 adults with special needs to live in a
    non-institutional environment. Scope included: Site work, utilities and landscaping; concrete, wood-framing,
    exterior/interior finishes, damp proofing and waterproofing, sealants, asphalt shingle roofing, doors and vinyl
    windows, GWB assemblies, millwork and cabinetry, appliances, specialties and design build MEP’s. Major project
