1. Currently working in Beyond Square feet Advisory Pvt. Ltd. (a boutique mall advisory company providing end
to end solutions in the specialized Mall retail) as Sr. Manager Fit out & MEP Project since April, 14. Handling
MEP services project work of 150 retail/F&B units and its Fit out Management.
Handling Project of DLF Mall of India, Noida which is largest mall in India having LEED Gold certified and
having gross Leasable area 1.9 Million sq.ft. GLA, Largest Food court with 1200 seats, largest indoor
entertainment hub, 5 lac sq.ft. GLA as well as one of the Mall in India having 4 hrs. fire rated. Working with
various International brands H&M, M&S, Zara, F21, Big Bazar, HomeSaaz, SKI, SMAASH, Fun City & other
various Indian retail & F&B players.
Execution of Re-demise MEP services work through contractor, planning, coordination, scheduling, Project
management, BOQ review, design Review & certification of billing.
Coordination & meeting with Consultant, Architect, contractors, Project team & concessionaire.
Quality assurance,Testing & commissioning of the services as per standards & handing over of the projects.
Adherence to specifications and design guidelines, HSE, Fire safety, Security norms.
Reviewing BOQ, material samples & various materials test reports to give clearance for use in Project.
Review & approval of retailer’s drw, Fit out
management of Anchors & vanilla stores.

2. Worked as Sr. Project Manager in Inprojects Group (Hong kong based) in PMC division for Duty Free retail
in Mumbai International (CSIA) Airport T2 terminal during Sep, 13 to Jan, 14.
