over 1-story structured parking with a $24 million budget. 60 dwelling units.
 Schematically redesigned approved core and shell floor plans and elevations
changing the building from 5 stories residential over 1 story parking to 4
stories residential over 1 story parking while maintaining a 60 dwelling unit
count, approved parking numbers, building height and footprint limits
 Redesigned all unit floor plans (7 different unit types with penthouse
variations) to coordinate with new core and shell design.
