over 1-story structured parking with a $24 million budget. 60 dwelling units.
Schematically redesigned approved core and shell floor plans and elevations
changing the building from 5 stories residential over 1 story parking to 4
stories residential over 1 story parking while maintaining a 60 dwelling unit
count, approved parking numbers, building height and footprint limits
Redesigned all unit floor plans (7 different unit types with penthouse
variations) to coordinate with new core and shell design.
