B) Managing the Vendors for out sourced products (Multi-Purpose Fans):
I. To search the quality vendors for various type of Fans and Home Appliances.
II. To make negotiations for the commercials of the products.
III. Responsible for the quality of product.
IV. To co-ordinate with the vendor for supply of products in stipulated time as per requirement.
V. Finalization of Specifications of product, Scope, BOQ etc. with the help of Technical Consultant.
VI. To arrange the pre-dispatch inspection for the products at vendor’s end to insure the quality of products as per
company’s standards.
VII. To co-ordinate with supplier for commercial requirement viz. road permits, regulatory forms etc.
VIII. To co- ordinate with account staffs for payment and any commercial activity for the supplier.
IX. To co-ordinate with Freight Forwarder, LC Issuing Bank and Overseas Suppliers etc. in case of Import of
products.
