 In Reliance, I was associated with structural works such as technological structures, pipe racks,
pipe supporting pedestals, equipment foundations, concrete pavement, works etc.
 Previously, I was associated with BGR ENERGY SYSTEMS LTD, an EPC firm in thermal
power plant construction, construction of 2 x600 MW & 2 x 660 MW supercritical thermal power
plants, associated with Natural Draft Cooling Tower(NDCT), transformer yard, switch yard
foundations.
Site Management
 Supervising to ensure that contractor is executing the construction activities as per drawings,
specifications & relevant codes.
 Study the IFC drawings before executing the work to identify if there is any mismatch between
drawings and specification
 Coordinate with engineering team regarding mismatches, queries & any missing details in IFC
drawings and prepare Site Engineering Request and get the detail in time.
 Working out of BOQ quantities in every IFC drawings and arrange materials required by
coordinating with material management team.
 Maintain joint record, document for the deviations from the IFC drawings, existing ground
levels.
 Verification and certification of quantities of RA bills / Final bills submitted by the contractor.
 Review and monitor the contractor resource management, adequacy of the manpower and other
resources deployed by contractor for the execution of works as per approved schedules.
