They will enter into the contract with you independent of Schneider Electric IT Business India Pvt Ltd on their own terms and
conditions. Warranty support on APC products shall be provided to you directly by Schneider Electric IT Business or any of
Schneider Electric IT Business service providers, to be decided by us.
