1. Assist with day to day operation of HR and Payroll department
2. Folding and distribution of payslips to relevant departments

11. Maintain HR records by recording new hires, transfers, changes in job
status, and tracking annual, sick and family responsibility leave
12. Send relevant documents to archive
13. Assist with relevant general office administration and reception duties
14. Switch board duties from time to time
