Joining Formalities:
• Checking the documents.
• Maintaining personal Files.
• Creating Bank Account.
• Sending Introduction email for introducing new employee.
• Maintaining records of date of birth, date of joining & date of leaving of all employees.
Induction:
• Briefing the new recruits on the company’s organizational structure.
• Introducing the new recruits to various departments.

Maintaining Personal File:
• Filing necessary documents.
• Providing necessary information to Finance and other departments.
