• Answer incoming calls and general reception duties

• Send out pays lips
• Request tax numbers
• Making labels for files
• Filling,scan,copy and email document
Key duties and Responsibilities: Intern/Administrative Officer (Department of Community Safety)
• Maintain training database
• Assist with training arrangements (registration, venues, etc.)
• Send out agendas and minutes of meetings
• Handle written and telephonic queries
• Render Administrative support to the component
• Opening new bursary files
• Assist with gathering interns monthly training reports from different directorates
• Make sure that attendance registers are completed for meetings
• Update of Bursary and ABET database
• Binding manuals and workbooks for training
• Assist with the compiling of the WSP (Workplace Skills Plan)

• Assist in coordinating of Induction Programme
• Assist in coordinating Training and Development within the department
• Assist in coordinating meetings, events and workshops for staff
• Assist in preparing applications for presentation at bursary Committee for endorsement
• Assist with logical arrangements

• Responsible for all bursary and ABET fees being paid on time
