Duties I have during my life work:
Reception:
*Handle telephone calls and reservation requests, or to direct calls to the
reservation department or switchboard.
*receive the new guests or residents, make agreement with them on the
kind of rooms they want, give them suitable price, and limit departure
time with them.
*assuring comfort and needs for the residents.
*carrying on resident's accounts (sleeping, bells) from other sections in
the hotel
*accounting residents on the departure time
Night auditor
*complete auditing on residents accounts
*typing reports for daily work, giving it to the reception manager, to the
accounting department and another to the general manager
*Full responsibility on how work goes on at the night shift, when there's
no night manager at hotel
*waking up residents depends on their request

*giving advice and instructions for employees
*making weekly schedule for the section employee
4. *finding suitable an instant solution, when there's problem with residents
account, or any thing might happen with residents or can stop the
