JOB DESCRIPTION:
To achieve area sales forecast by planning, organizing and coordinating all
field activities related to selling, Merchandizing, distribution & sales
promotion in line with company’s corporate objectives and market
requirements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Target allocation and sales monitoring
2 Maintaining sales data for brand analysis on regular basis
3 Organizing and supervising effective distribution network
4 Conducting inventory management at retail & wholesale level
5 Conducting market research according to company’s requirement
6 Conducting personal selling as well as organized sales through sales force
7 Monitoring & evaluating field force activities & providing professional guidance
8 Maintaining sufficient stock at distributors’ level to keep the market well stocked
9 Evaluating changes in the market, their impact and working out alternative strategies
10 Evaluating markets for new brand launches in accordance with market opportunities
11 Maintaining data of distributor’s damage stock and making claims of scheme/short
