While submitting my application I wish to brief about myself:
I have broad experience in food and beverage over the last 11+ years, both in a
café and restaurant and recently in a business processing office. Started from an
ordinary kitchen and service and a agent in the service industry and moved on into
different field where I learned about retail business, café business and restaurant
business. I have also learned in opening and setting up a café, creating designers
beverage and calculating costing of beverage for a business.
Recently ventured my knowledge in a customer service industry for a Business
processing office in Scicom M Sdn Bhd my first stepping stone call center job
environment since late 2009 while sitting for the Malaysian educations exam
(SPM). I am confident of my knowledge and experiences acquired throughout my
capacity as being a customer service executive in the service industry. Primarily, i
am looking forward to move to a new environment of job scope with objectives to
enhance my career path to, where opportunity commensurate with hard work. I am
willing ready to learn and accept challenges and confident that my experience in
Monitoring, Managing, Administrating and Building Strong Relationship with
disappointed customers on a reciprocal basis to achieve my target given also with

BHD this was my first carrier in a fast food industry where I was train up
excellent and outstanding training where learned about the trade in making burgers
and customer service skills. I then promoted to Team Leader and I train new
service crew and leading a team of kitchen and service crew.
2000
Moved on to a different field that was business retail in a fresh market as
Supervisor cum Butcher @ ISETAN OF JAPAN SDN BHD where specialize in
Japanese meat cuts and learned how to manage the department in operations to
maintain a good profit.
2002
Worked as Barista at SPECIALTY BEANS@ GLORIA JEANS COFFEE SDN BHD
where I learned how café beverages made from raw product to finish product such
as café latte cappuccino etc. I have also learned how to prepare French and Italian
cuisine such as pasta and sandwiches ,then I was promoted to Management Trainee
and confirmed as Assistant Manager at this establishment assisting my café
manager in purchasing of goods and also being a in store trainer to train up new
coffee barista and also managing overall outlet operations.
2004
Worked at LIM KOK WING@WINGS COFFEE SDN BHD as Operation Supervisor
to help in setting up their café at their new campus at cyberjaya, work with my
superior with 4 coffee barista, we have also created a signature beverage called
the durian coffee and some other common beverage in a café business and also
managing people and development in training, managing cost effectively to maintain
a good profitable business
2005
Worked at NANDOS CHICKENLAND MALAYSIA SDN BHD where the main core
product was flamed grilled chicken afro Portuguese style of cooking where their
sauces are peri-peri an African birds eye chilies. Went in as Management Trainee
for six months and confirm as an assistant manager and then promoted to a
restaurant manager learned a lot of admin work and also P&L accounts of a
restaurant to know whether restaurant makes a profit or not. Conducted training
for new griller, service team and being a coach for any new managers coming in.
2007
Worked at STARBUCKS COFFEE INTERNATIONAL@ BERJAYA SDN BHD here
at Malaysia as Store Manager Job function is to manage the company’s business in
terms of managing people development, in training new barista to make coffee and
also have 2 assistant managers to ensure the operations of business runs smoothly
without any hiccups. I also manage the P&L accounts of the store controlling cost
managing labor and other controllable expenses for the store. I also do hiring,
scheduling, sales performance budget, inventory of product, local store marketing,
and special events in my trading area to bring in more revenue in my store sales.
2009
Worked at True Fitness Malaysia as Telemarketer where my task is to bring in
sales by inviting customers to try the 14 days trial package free without any terms
and condition. Making booking for customer when they confirmed to take their
free trial pass to use the facilities at true fitness Kuala Lumpur.
2010
Worked at SCICOM MSC BERHAD a business processing office at TA TOWER 1
for SingTel broadband, mobile and pay-tv known as mio tv, and troubleshooting for
networking supports. Apart from that resolves clients request in billing and other
general enquiries, by getting the request done in time framed manner.
2011
Worked at Gracall International Company as a Customer Service Data Analyst. My
task is to attend client inbound calls from the United States and replying emails to
resolved customer issue and complaint.
2012
Worked at E-cart Services Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Associate for an online
shopping website known as lazada.com.my. My job functioned task is to ensure
client’s purchases and amendments is being delivered within mentioned time
framed. Apart from that replying email and attending inbound call and working
closely with the purchasing and logistic department to ensure that client’s orders
are sent out as shipment policy of the company.
2013
Joined as Customer Service Professional Agent in Srg Asia Pacific Menara UOA K.L
for Maxis Outbound TMOB Campaign. Serving Maxis clients cross selling supplines
for principle account holder. Apart from supplines campaign cross selled other
Maxis value added services such as Mobile internet data offering for existing
clients who have not used data plan.Transfered to New Joiners Journey Campaign
in early October 2013 conducting survey and offering trial value added services
for new registered , port in submissions from another mobile service provider and
converted prepaid clients from hotlink to postpaid plan. In July 14 promoted to
Quality Assurance Executive where my task is to monitor Ace Jerneh valid sales
calls. However Set up for Prudential's Insurance Sales team and Conducted Q&A
Training for new sales agents joining in this project based in Menara UOA Jalan
Pinang Kuala Lumpur.
2015
Assisting American Candidate to register and schedule their Board Exams for
their client in the USA.Apart from that rescheduling the exams appointment dates
and explaining the policies for each exams when scheduling or rescheduling. There
about 200 exams clients in the USA is being offered for their candidates to sitfor
exams at provided test center based in US and Canada within desired eligibility
time period given for each candidates to complete their test either theoretical or
practical.

Primarily, I am looking forward to put my best effort to enhance my current
