WORK EXPERIENCE :
(a) I am working in My Car Pvt. Ltd. Kanpur since Oct’2009 who is the dealer of Maruti Suzuki
India Ltd.
Presently I am heading the division of SUZUKI two wheeler and designated there as a
“SALES MANAGER”. The company’s name is MY SUZUKI which is the group of My Car Pvt.
Ltd.
I am having the team of 20 subordinates of sales, service and back office staff. The average
monthly sale of vehicle is 50 to 60 bikes and scooters.
The brand product of company is “HYATE BIKES and ACCESS SCOOTER”.I am there as
profit head and responsible for all sales, service and administrative jobs.
I had worked for Pre Owned Car division of the company and was designated there as a True
Value Manager.
There was a team of one Asst. Manager, four DSEs, four evaluators and two staff of back
office who supported me in day to day working to achieve the set goal of the company.
My reporting is directly to CEO and director of the company.
Job Profile: I did the direct Correspondence and communication with regional and National
authorities of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd on behalf of the dealer.
An additional responsibility of Maruti Driving School which is a joint venture
of Maruti Suzuki and My Car Pvt. Ltd. is also hold by me as a Manager.
Job Profile: Marketing of MDS to promote and to increase the customer base of four
wheeler driving programs, Planning for Events and their participation,
allocating the duty shift to the instructors and coordinating with the
personals of Maruti Suzuki regarding the programs of NGO, Cab

M.P. Zone with entire task of sales, collection,remittance,operation an
administration. All my Branch Managers, Marketing Executive, Area Ops

I joined the company on 01/05/2006 as an ‘Area Manager’ and Promoted
as a ‘Zonal Manager’ within four months and took over the charge of Z.M.
on 01/09/2006. The Working Tenure in this company was from May-2006
to Oct-2009 with reporting to G.M and V.P.
(c) Worked with Midwest Granite Pvt. Ltd. From July, 2001 to March, 2006 as a Sales
Manager (North). The Company is engaged in digging, cutting, sawing & marketing
of natural stones i.e. Granite & Italian marble. The turn over of the Co. was more than
200 crores and its corporate office is at Hyderabad & Factories are in Hyderabad,
Bangalore & Colombo. The marketing & Sales office of the company is in USA,
Australia, China, Dubai, Singapore & Sri Lanka etc.
Job Profile:I have covered entire northern part of the country and dealt with big projects,
High Class Civil Engineers, Architects, Builders, Contractors and big Dealers
of building material products.
(d) I have worked with Prakash Air Freight Ltd. (PAFEX - An Express & Cargo
Industry). Kanpur as a ‘Branch Manager’ since March, 1999 to June, 2001.
Job Profile: I was responsible for entire branch operations like Marketing, Operation,
Accounts, Administration and other general affairs related to branch. I have
handled 25 people and reported by them. Apart from Kanpur the branches of
Varanasi, Allahabad and Raibareily were under to me. My reporting was directly
to R.M. and E.D. only.
(e) I have worked with Décor Exports Pvt. Ltd. (A Packaging Industry of BOPP Self
Adhesive Tape & EPS), Kanpur from June, 1996 to Feb, 1999 as a ‘Marketing
Incharge.’
Job Profile:I have maintained proper and excellent co-ordination between marketing and
production department to get the regular sales of the product. Apart from the job
of co-ordination. I hold the responsibilities of realizing the payments from the
market through the competitive sales force and the regular supply of the material
to the buyers. I have formulated the policies of the company to increase the sale
to achieve the maximum profitability and target. I have visited most of the
industries and potential parties to get their regular business of packing material.

Consumer Durable Industry of Plastic Mats) as a ‘Sales Executive.’
Job Profile:My job functions were involved for forecasting of Sales and Advertisement
budget to promote the market, to make correspondence with the dealers,
distributors,C&F agent and the company, to prepare the tour program of the
sales staff under me and controlling of all branch operations under my territory
i.e. the entire State. I have appointed clearing and forwarding Agent,
Distributors, Stockist & Retailers and liquidated the material through retailing. I
reported to the Sales Manager and Executive Vice President of the company.

Job Profile: I have visited to various Government and Private Institutions like NTPC,
HINDALCO, State Bank of India etc. Apart from front line selling I was

have covered a large dealer & distributor network in Eastern and Central State
of Uttar Pradesh independently and achieved my sales & collections target and
reported to the Regional Sales Manager.
