• Lead, guide and motivate Area Sales Force by clearly communicating their roles
& responsibilities in line with the Area Business Plan objectives. Develop SE's
and KAE's through On the Job Coaching by Work with Process and also ensure
that the stock top up activity is being carried out by the SE’s and KAE’s.
