Key Qualification: Acquired broad experience in construction management, supervision and contracting. Hold
MSc degree in Water resources Management with 22 years’ working experience. Acquired broad experience
through work in supervising construction works for structural and infrastructural projects, including water
(irrigation & domestic) and sewage projects, public buildings, roads and others. Participate in water networks
master planning projects, participate in preparing technical specifications for the construction and water tanks
in Palestine, various public buildings, schools, service centers, youth centers, assessment and cost estimates
and planning. In addition to preparation of tender documents and evaluation of tenders, preparing of cost

procurement of work projects etc.
Currently and since 2011 working as the Construction Management team leader under LGI program, a
USAID funded program, acquired very good experience in coordination skills between stakeholder and

safety and environmental requirements and measures, excellent experience dealing with contractors,
knowledge of local construction materials, familiar with local authorities, knowledge of donor requirements,

very good experience dealing with retrofitting of existing buildings, fire protection systems, solar systems and
others. Led a team of engineers for infrastructure projects ranges from 5-20 engineers. Also, participating in

Lead a team of site and area engineers as the Construction management
team leader, participate in assessment, planning, and design review for
the infrastructure projects. Responsible for the construction control over
the time schedule, quality, safety and cost control during
implementation. This period included the implementation tens of a
infrastructure projects like public buildings, citizen service centers,
schools new and retrofitting of existing buildings, roads, water
networks and storage tanks, sewage treatment plants for schools and
others, the projects were distributed over the north and center West
Bank of Palestine. Leading a team of site and office engineers and area

This Project aims to empower and support Palestinian Local Authorities
and provide technical assistance on projects planning, design,
procurement and supervision:
1- Oversight supervision on the infrastructure package projects.
2- Coordination between all related parties, including local
authorities, consultant firms, community local committees and
funding agent.
3- Provide technical support and advice for LGUs to prepare the
Community Development Projects (CDPs) concept paper and
feasibility studies which are in most case infrastructure projects.
4- Provide the technical support for LGUs for project planning,
engineering designs and preparing of tender documents
including revision of designs and preparing technical comments.
5- Provide technical support on procurement procedures all over
the tendering period starting from invitation to bids up to
awarding letter.
6- Provide technical support during implementation of CDPs and
direct supervision activities.
