MSc degree in Water resources Management with 22 years’ working experience. Acquired broad experience
through work in supervising construction works for structural and infrastructural projects, including water
(irrigation & domestic) and sewage projects, public buildings, roads and others. Participate in water networks
master planning projects, participate in preparing technical specifications for the construction and water tanks

Lead a team of site and area engineers as the Construction management
team leader, participate in assessment, planning, and design review for
the infrastructure projects. Responsible for the construction control over
the time schedule, quality, safety and cost control during
implementation. This period included the implementation tens of a
infrastructure projects like public buildings, citizen service centers,

This Project aims to empower and support Palestinian Local Authorities
and provide technical assistance on projects planning, design,
procurement and supervision:
1- Oversight supervision on the infrastructure package projects.
2- Coordination between all related parties, including local
authorities, consultant firms, community local committees and
funding agent.
3- Provide technical support and advice for LGUs to prepare the
Community Development Projects (CDPs) concept paper and
feasibility studies which are in most case infrastructure projects.
4- Provide the technical support for LGUs for project planning,

including revision of designs and preparing technical comments.
