I have more than 11 years in the field of civil engineering for different types of projects in KSA, UAE and Egypt.
Sep 2011 – Present Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants, KSA (www.zfp.com)
I had joined (ZFP) Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants as Senior Civil Engineer,
working in the Construction Department
My Role: Senior Infrastructure Engineer and Deputy of P.M
1- Obtain project drawings and documents from relevant P.M
2- Attend Various Meetings included Kickoff meeting
3- Review and check material and shop drawing submittal approvals
4- Pre-qualification stating Lab of Soil, Concrete, Asphalt, Review and
Approve the test results/Reports
5- Inspect all types of Civil and Infrastructure works according to QA/QC
criteria.
6- Coordinate with other disciplines i.e. Electrical, Tele, Mechanical
7- Review and comment and Approve Suppliers and sub-contractors'
documentations.
8- Prepare field memo and issues on behalf of PM to contractor
9- Coordinate with governmental organizations i.e. (Municipality, Amana,
National Water Co).
10- Prepare all types of progress reports.
11- Assist PM in coordination between contractor, consultant and client to
keep proper formal record and archiving
12- Assist in review and approval variation orders
13- Assist in preparing and monitoring project schedule and updates
14- Review of monthly payment certificate
15- Assist of quantity calculations
16- Review As-built drawings
17- Review and approval of items completed according to preliminary hand-
over list and prepare a list of deficiencies.

My Projects with Zuhair Fayez Partnership (ZFP)
Al-Qanadeel - Makkah (Budget 450 Million SAR.) http://al-qanadeel.com/
The project involved mountainy land development of over 2 Million m2
in Makkah,
including 10 Million cubic meter of rock cutting and 7 Million cubic meter of fill.
The project includes all infrastructure works (swage, water, storm water, light,
roads, pavement, and 2.5 Km underground box culvert).
Jazan Housing (Budget 6 Billion SAR.)
The project involves supervision of 6,000 villas distributed over 5 sites for the
housing of the displaced Saudi citizen from the border of Yemen. The villas are
distributed over 5 different locations in the south namely Al Hasma, Al Kharesh,
Al Sahey, Ramada and Rawan. The work is each site involves complete
development of the area including complete infrastructure, roads, side walk,
schools, hospitals, mosques, STPs in addition to construction of the housing units.

I was involved as Site Manager in The project, Minor Roads and Parking includes
all infrastructure utilities (swage, water, storm water, light) and road pavement. I
was responsible in overseeing the total construction of the project. I was
responsible for reviewing drawings of structural works, obtained project drawings/
documents. I was running under the project manager together with a team of Civil
Engineers, Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and
Surveyor.
My Role: Site Manager reported to P.M
1- Monitor and Manage project team (Elec, Material, Q.S Engineer, General
foremen, Foremen, Surveyors, Skilled Labor, major equipment operators).
2- Attend Various Meetings with all stakeholders
3- Monitor and Manage execution process according to Time schedule.
4- Assist PM in Time schedule updates.
5- Assist PM in preparing all types of reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
raising to consultant and or Sponsor, CEO.

October 2007 – July 2010 Xo- Line for General Contracting, Al Ain, UAE (Budget 200 Million DHS.)
I was involved in the construction of many Villas and palaces at Al Ain and Abu
Dhabi –All as Civil Engineer. I was responsible in overseeing the total
construction of the project. I was responsible for reviewing drawings of structural
and architectural works, obtained project drawings/ documents, Inspection of steel
structures erection works, building finishing works (painting, face bricks, marble
tiles, granite stairs, aluminum doors and windows and plumbing works). I was
running the project together with a team of Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer,
Mechanical Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and Surveyor. Reported to CEO
March 2006 – Oct. 2007 Hassan Shaei Hadal for Contracting, Riyadh, KSA
I was engaged in the General Organization for Hassan Shaei Hathal for Contracting
as Site Civil Engineer. My duties are to supervised the works for asphalting,
concreting, overseeing the daily construction works, forms work and steel rebar’s
for concrete structure, construction of new roads waves and pavement including the
placement of base course, sub-course and asphalt construction and surveying
activities, excavation, back filling and lining, Inspection and testing of piping
system including concrete, HDPE. & steel piping system with all insulation works,
and box culvert works.
June 2005 – March 2006 Al Zahraa for Contracting, Cairo ,Egypt
I was assigned as Civil Engineer in Mena House Hotel project 5 stars' hotel. My
duties are to supervise the asphalting works, surveying activities, inspection of
excavation works, back filling works and lining works, inspection of piping system
and installation for concrete.
