14 plus years experience in the Documentation as follows:
Primavera - Contract Manager
 Checks that incoming and outgoing documents meet project requirements.
 Controls the distribution of documents according to project distribution matrix.
 Supervises inflow and outflow to ensure that changes and current revision status of
 documents.
 Sorts and differentiates between documents & records and applies suitable Identification to
them.
 Responsible for maintaining the document control logs.
 Support for the document management and collaboration system (Oracle Primavera Contract
Management)
 Performing the daily work including updating vacation schedules, transmitting office
memorandum, circular, and conducting office procedures such filing, encoding, fax machine,
and communicating with different visitors.
 Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines

 Control and maintain all engineering project filing systems.

 Maintaining electronic and hardcopy filing system including data entry of records in Document
Control System
 Provide routine quality checks on all outgoing documentation in accordance with established
in-house guidelines.
 Process and control engineering documents, drawings and project deliverables in accordance
with established guidelines and client specific instructions.
 Set aside all records in a readily accessible and orderly file; maintain a systematic filing
system for written communications and documentation’s seeing to it those confidential
records are secured.
 Compiles and maintains control records and related files to release drawings and engineering
documents to all concern operating departments.
 Classify and record project documentation coordinate and work with other staff.
 All project documents must ensure consistency of process and enforcement of document
control procedure.
 Prepare Daily site report and Manpower Report for submission to the Client and E-mailing to
the Concerned Departments.
 Prepare Daily Concrete Pouring report for submission to the Client and E-mailing to the
Concerned Departments.

 Take Drawings and details from site Engineers and make the Inspection Request.
 Prepare Weekly Drawing/Document Distribution Summary List .
 Prepare Transmittal for all Construction Group.
 Execution of PEROS (Project Engineering Control System) addressing the distribution of
engineering documents as defined on the Net-work system.
 Execution of PPMS (Plant Project Management System) updating of Daily Report, Progress
Photos Department vise, and MOM Set aside all records in a readily accessible and orderly
file; maintain a systematic filing system for written communications and documentation’s
seeing to it those confidential records are secured.
 In-charge of all Project documentation such as: Engineering / Technical / Correspondence /
Project Management / Commercial & Legal generated by Company and Contractors to be
taken care of.
 Implement and maintain timely and effective document management processes and systems
in accordance with company and contractual standards with the following duties as below;
 Perform audits on all project documentation to assure that they follow in accordance with
project requirements and utilizing correct information.
 Responsible for the security and organization of project documentation.
 Confers with document originators or engineering personnel to resolve discrepancies and
compiles required changes to documents.
 Checks that incoming and outgoing documents meet project requirements.
 Controls the distribution of documents according to project distribution matrix.
 Supervises inflow and outflow to ensure that changes and current revision status of
documents are identified in conformance with ISO 9001:2008.
 Ensures that relevant version of applicable documents are available at points of use
 In conformance with ISO 9001:2008.
 Searches for documents and records required by project staff. Searches for documents and

Aconex - Online Information Document Management System. Aconex is a project collaboration and
online project management system that securely and efficiently manages information in Construction,
Government & Infrastructure, and Energy & Resources.
 To establish and maintain effective document control in accordance with the standard
requirements and project procedures taking into consideration the established constraints of
budget and schedule.
 To manage all Document Controllers on each project.
 All management activities relating to document control as defined in the project procedures.
 Organise all Document Control activities as defined in the project procedures and monitor the
effectiveness of the group in respect of the prompt and accurate discharge of its duties.
 Arrange adequate training on Aconex for all members of the Document Control group
appropriate to their required duties.
 Detailed knowledge of corporate document numbering procedure and application of same
during new document number assignment to project engineering documents.
 Ensure effective utilisation of Document Control staff and maintain staffing at an optimal
level.
 Provide reports to the Projects Control Manager at the prescribed intervals and any other
reports which may be required from time to time.
 Train and aid subordinates in their personal development.
 Maintains a functional relationship with all persons from whom documents are received and
to whom they are distributed.
