 Responsible for the archiving of Project Documentation and ensuring that client can easily
retrieve them.
 Working with ACONEX / PROLIANCE to download & upload all project related soft
copies, for more effective documentation I am closely working with all EDMS tools to
access all project documents efficiently.
 Administers the document control system in support of program-wide administrative and
operational activities. Manages document control during the planning, design, tendering
and construction phases.
 Coordinate with document control function to manage the archiving of documents.
