operations of the whole Jebel Ali plant.
• Manage daily administrative activities related to safety departments’ internal, external
business communication, receiving, assisting visitors with safety team training and attending
safety related queries with other employees.
• Facilitate all purchase requisition related to office requirements, assists safety team training
requirements for contractors such as arranging catering requests, printing of the presentation
materials, exam papers and contacting them of their test results.
