Due to the absence of a Director of Revenue from September 1, 2015, I’ am acting Revenue Manager
and responsible for the following revenue tasks: daily & weekly revenue reports, forecasting, 2016
budget preparations, facilitating actively in weekly revenue meetings, set rate strategies, updating &

party websites and actively worked with ROS (Revenue Optimization System).
In this role I am assisting the Director of Revenue in preparing the longer term forecast and achieving the
hotel forecast accuracy goals. Provide direction to the hotels revenue generating team and ensure
execution of effective strategies and actions for total revenue management, pricing, yield management,
forecasting and channel delivery to achieve agreed RevPar, RGI, system delivery, Brilliant Basics and
profitability objectives. Conduct revenue management audits in line with Starwood standards and focus
on continuous improvement. Assisting on pricing rate structure of different seasons, assisting in
preparation of 30 – 60-90 day fully updated forecast in Revenue Plan. Participating in property’s weekly
Revmax and contribute to the operations meeting. Act as representative of the Director of Revenue
Management when is he unavailable. Controlling valhalla with regards with rate plans & other actions
needed, creating new rate plans, new seasons, delimiting WIPs rate plans. Accountable in Online Travel
Agency (OTA) changes & enhancements. Accountable for the set up of Direct Connect ( Booking.com &
Expedia.)Do the ROS Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Checklist. Ensuring that rate availability in the
Property Management System (PMS) , property website and OTA’s shopping web. Dealing with the Digital
Field Marketing (DFM) regarding property packages (SOP), ensures that all are visible and selling on the
property LPS .Providing the business on the books, pick up/loss report on daily basis. Receiving contracts
