• To manage and develop the partnership / relationship between Allianz Egypt and
one of the operating banks in Egypt in all aspects of business planning including

• Strategic Planning and Orientation: Assume responsibility of the overall planning
process including the strategic business plan with the bank management and

efficiency of processes.
• Operational Responsibilities: Proactively seek and probe for potential growth,

assigned Bancassurance partnership to address the upcoming strategic actions.
• Evaluate the bank cooperation agreement, compensation structure and the legal
terms of cooperation in order to identify requirements for changes and/or
adjustments.
• Customer Focus:
- High level of product customization, diversity & tailoring ability that lead to
granting Allianz competitive advantage in sales, comply to a need based
approach and propose a segment based solution for the bank’s customer
segments. Create the key Portfolio indicators to monitor the health of our
portfolio. And the process flow around our retention management strategies
• People Management:
- Clear KPIs & performance based structure that promotes productivity &
links performance to remunerations and career path, and assure a
disciplinary action that allows the company to discontinue cooperation with
BA agents who don’t meet company expectations. contribute in the
development, communication and assessment of assigned sales force KPI's
