Corporate Inventory Planner – 2014 January, to Present.
 Manage store allocation and replenishment to optimize inventory across the network
 Develop and execute initial store load and replenishment strategy and tactics, adapted to store/ store cluster
 Define cross docking items and quantities strategy and tactics
 Define/ review allocation/ replenishment parameters
 Define and mange optimal inventory guidelines per store
 Run periodical sales efficiency analysis per store to maintain high sales productivity across categories .
 Define the ideal inventory by store based on space allocated and the inventory turnover
 Define and maintain up-to-date store gridding and clustering guidelines
 Analyze sales by size by store / region
 Optimize size management by store/ region
 Define size-run by category by store/ region for initial allocation vs. replenishment batches
 Work with the merchandise planning on recommending size run formulation for future orders
 Define/ recommend strategies for size packing, size balancing and inventory balancing to improve supply chain product
 Manage inter-store allocation
 Monitor slow moving items inside the store and broken ranges/ sizes
 Reallocate stocks among stores
 Track shipments lead time and escalate when required
 Coordinate with Buying/ logistics to track in-bound inventories and develop contingency plan for late arrivals
 Track allocations from the DC to stores
 Escalate and work with Head of Supply Chain to discuss and improve lead time when required
 Mange Staff recruitment, oversee staff performance and development

Stocks quantity and value budgeting.
Season wise Buying.
Responsible for analysis of stocks and actual sales to plan and develop promotional sales.
Conducting market surveys: Competitors activities, category prices, mall activities and other fashion related events.
Stocks in flow monitoring as per the Purchase Order.
Stock Pricing as per the signed off margin/mark ups.
Coordinate with Buyers, Planners, and Imports on the tentative date of arrival of stocks and do the planning accordingly
Capacity and option wise planning.
Maintain Stock health & balance.
Controls store to store transfer of stocks.
Controls replenishment in warehouse via pullout.
Approved/Monitor warehouse, pullout and dispatches.
Maintain healthy margin and controlled markdowns.
Forecast sales and proposed reorder for the best-selling items.
Regular analysis and audit of the stock sheet.
Monitor and analyze best sellers/worst sellers and take corrective action to maximize sales especially for worst selling
products.
Coordinate with retail for promotional pricing (like bundle offer etc.)
Season End Sale Pricing & further sale price markdown ensuring the desired margin keeping in view the discount strat
Preparation of Season end report/Overall season’s performance.
Warehouse Sale- sale pricing
Conducting store visits on regular visit.
Be informed on orders/deliveries and other product related issues such as delays, quality etc.
