thinking leads to the theory that if there was more censorship, there would be less violence on

He uses imagery to show the reader what he saw when he first visited. Using imagery also allows the

Being a young boy, I wasn t the brightest light bulb in the ceiling. I was the kind of kid that could get

There is no set definition for development, but they mostly do agree that it revolves around improving
a country s living standards, economic growth, and human development. But the main definition of
development used for this paper is given by Allen Thomas (2000, p29) who state that there are three
senses of the word development , one of them being as consisting of deliberate efforts aimed at
improvement on the part of various agencies, including governments, all kinds of organisations and

At the start of the novel Jane realised it was morally wrong in her society to be pregnant but she tries
to be strong to admit the truth to her father:
I m pregnant I said. These two words shocked even me with their crudeness. I instantly wished I d said
the softer I m going to have a baby. The blunt statement of the biological fact had the same after
echoes as a slap across his face.
The writer has made me feel that Jane thought some weight would ease of her mind by being strong
and telling her father, as he may understand as she is the only child with no mother. However the
sharpness of the truth hits Jane at the same time as she admits the truth because she realises she is in
the situation and she is not generally stating something that will have no affect on her. I think the dash
reveals extra feelings, of how she now feels after admitting the truth but in addition to this the
sentence before and after the dash is a vivid contrast. Before the dash it suggests what she said was
simple and straightforward words but it compares the effect of the words after the dash which shows
the words are shocking. Echoes as a slap across the face shows how forceful the words actually
sounded.
This phrase is a simile which compares her words as being worse than a slap. In my opinion the word
choice of echoes expresses how the admittance of the truth must have been a

Classification Diagram Classification Of Groundwater Samples
The USSL diagram classification of groundwater samples has been shown in figure 8. The samples are
classified as C2 S1, C3 S1, and C4 S1 categories. 23 samples (47 percent) were placed in C2 S1 class.
The C2 S1 class points to medium saline water and low sodium amount which poses no hazard of
sodium exchange for agricultural usage in every type of soils. 45 percent of groundwater samples (22
samples) were in the C3 S1 class, meaning that water is highly saline, sodium is low and there is little
hazard of sodium exchange. The remaining 4 samples (8 percent) were classified in the C4 S1 class.
Fig 9, shows the spatial USSL Classification diagram of groundwater samples in Sarab plain. The C2
S1 was found in the east part of the study area. In this part of the study area, the aquifer is recharged
from streams. Therefore, groundwater quality there has good quality. In the middle part of study area,
the groundwater quality is deteriorated due to dissolution of gypsum and salts minerals in Miocene
formations, cation exchange and urban wastewater. The C4 S1 was found in the west and north part of
the study area and salinity and SAR has increased in the west part of study area due to Talkheh Rud
river saline water (Asadollahfardi et al., 2011).
Due to insufficiency of absolute concentration of anions and cations for water quality determination in
agricultural usages, SAR, PI, KR, MAR, RSC, SSP and EC indices were used as key parameters in
