Operation - Release inspection & Product Outgoing '- Ensure the Quality Plan,recordingforms and required documents & tools are updated and availableatall times. - Monitor and verify the release inspection activities (inspection,approval & rejection) in accordanceto Quality Plan. - Coordinate re-inspection & investigation with related departments to ensure followup actions are implemented effectively. - Issuanceof Special ReleaseRequest (SRR) report with related departments' comment for special releaseapproval by top management. - Compile and submit monthly on-hold report. - Analyze Product stability by monitoringongoing Shelf-lifeassessmentand sharethe Product trending to relevant department. 4.Customer complaints '- Liasewith production/relevantdepartment for any customer complaintreceive& investigate the probablecause. - Verification on CAPA by relevant department. 5.Validation & Verification '- Plan and establish theverification and validation scheduleon quality & food safety aspectfor materials,processes and finish products. - Conduct the verification and validation activities and ensuretest Reports (provided by supplier) are availableas per schedule. - Verify the verification and validation resultin accordanceto standards and regulatory.
  • 4. 4 - Arrange and Review all calibration certification to Verify the equipment status. - quality and Food safety assessmenton all new materials,packaging,products, substitution, process,lineand premiums prior to usage. - Coordinate to obtain information & document related to Food contactsurface. - Execute daily sensory and Coordinatesensory panelistqualification test. 6.Continuous improvements - Participatein trial runsand providerecommendation for improvement as and when necessary. - Conduct and analyseall studies regardingproductquality & safety improvement. - Lead, initiateand follow-up activities related to continuous improvements and trend tracking. 7. People management - Plan and execute internships program& assignments. - Supervise, guide & evaluate interns' performances throughout the internship period. - Review & communicate interns' performance with the intern's lecturer towards the end of internship period. 8. SAP (QM module) - Maintain all inspection plan and master characteristicof new and existingrawmaterial & finish products in SAP QM module accordingly. - Result recordingfor rawmaterial & finish products in systemprior to release. - Disposal of non-conformingfinish products (with approved disposal forms) in system. - RaisePurchaseRequest (PR) for purchases likecertification manual,third party lab services,pest control services,lab equipments & chemicals,calibration,stationery & safety boots in system. 9. External audits : Regulatory (eg. MOH, JAKIM), Certification (eg. SGS), Supplier, Visitors and customer audits - Participatein regulatory (eg. MOH, JAKIM), certification (eg. SGS), supplier,visitors and customer audits. - Coordinate with other related departments to ensure followup auditactions areimplemented effectively. - Generate supplier auditfindingsreport. 10. GMP - Lead auditor in quarterly plantGMP audit. - Assistin quarterly PFP GMP audit(Staff facilities & General compound). - Generate GMP report findings and verify CAPA to ensure followup actions areimplemented effectively. 11. GHP (Personal Hygiene, Habits and Protective Clothing) '- Involvein GHP spot check at hygiene room as per schedule. - Monthly departmental spotcheck. - ensure self and subordinates adhereto GHP. - Compile the GHP spot check findings. - Coordinate & execute Personal Hygiene monitoring (swab test for uniform, clean gloves, hand with and without gloves). 12. 5S '- Propose new 5S implementation projects to office, lab and retention store. - Maintain & sustain all 5S improvement done in office, lab and retention store.

OSHA '- Committee member in plantOSH team. - Involvein quarterly plantOSHA auditand Generate auditreport findings. - Work closely with Safety & Health Department towards safeand healthy Work environment includinglab chemical labelling& MSDS compliance. 14. Departmental Budget & Expenses Management '- Assistin planningfor yearly budget. - Keep track on Monthly departmental expenses vs budget. 15. Others - Internal audit - Participatein mock recall & product traceability activities.
