Steps to SORT :
a) Set agreement along team members, which items classified as:
i. NEEDED--- Keep it in work site
ii. UNNEEDED & Have to Throw It Away or placed in specific area in case will be
reuse
b) Sort all items in work site that classified as UNNEEDED
c) Remove extra supplies, part or materials from working area—Keep only
limited materials at work site
